The clerk Alice racially profiled my child and told him that he "looked like he was going to rob the place" after he'd already paid for his gas. This because he was wearing a mask in 35 degree weather. Then refuses to speak to me when I called to ask about the situation and states that she's going to call the police for harassment after she harassed a minor.

Working in the area I used to give this company business almost daily to get snacks and drinks on my lunch break. The other day when I went inside the store to wash my hands after I pumped gas, the lady working there scolded me for not closing the door when I left it wide open to just wash my hands…she yelled from across the store while there were other customers saying I needed to shut the door or she could get me for indecent exposure…I let her know I was simply washing my hands. She continued to go on about how I need to shut and lock the door and kept yelling in front of the customers that were in there. It was very embarrassing and completely unprofessional I wish I wouldn’t have pumped my gas there at that point. I will honestly go out of my way and drive the extra time to avoid that place now.

My favorite gas station ⛽ friendly and kind everytime I go inside to pay. Fast working specially during rush hour. Everything is always organized and stocked. Local is always our number one choice. Thank you for the years of service!!!!!

Been visiting this Gas Station for about....OMG nearly 20 years, time flies. I stopped by to pick up some beer, and some scratch off lottery tickets to go with my Dad's Father's Day gift. What I like about "Luke's" is it's location, and it knows how to pack a shop with groceries and options. The clerk "Dominic" helped out and was professional.

The short fat lady is the most rude employee I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Very rude, didn't know I spoke Spanish, and treats anyone not Hispanic like absolute garbage. The things she says when she doesn't think people know... owner needs to address this. She has been a rude employee for a very long time.

I will no longer go to Luke's gas station again. I've lived in bulverde now for 17 years, I've always used Luke's to fill up my company equipment etc. 9/26/18 I walk into Luke's to purchase charcoal to BBQ for the family, while on the phone I was checking out, my total was $10.81 I placed $11 on the counter and began to walk out of the store when the store clerk mouthed off at me saying ," I hate when people like you throw f****** money at me." I apologized even though I placed my money not throw. He continued to mouthed off to me finally I said i asked if he's having a bad day or he has a problem with me. He replied with, I don't like people with you. I told the gentleman he can meet me outside if he wanted (which I was in the door way) he then began to follow me outside, as soon as he breaks threw the door he pulls a knife on me. Luckily a cop was driving by which saw everything,long story short I could of pressed charges but decided not to waste my time. Never again will use Luke's gas station while this man is working here
