“Visiting the Sleep Number store has always been a great learning experience. Shane Good ( sales associate) has been helping me to put together the purchase of my second sleep number bed for my master bedroom. I just purchased a Flextop East King C360 Smart Bed. Shane helped me in great detail on how the bed works and he even helped me load the Sleep Number app into to my cell phone. Great customer service experience and a great bed to sleep in!!!”

“Came in here wanting a specific item and received it. I loved my candle sconce so much and will definitely buy another one. The store itself is real nice and organized. But the reason why this is a 4 star review instead of a 5 is because of their prices. Yes there items are super well made and high quality but, there are a lot of overpriced items in there. They sell items that are priced around $50-200, to where can find the same items at thrift stores or at the Burlington next door for around $3-30. The employees are super nice and welcoming, but honestly if you like something here I suggest take pictures and google lens it to compare pricing. There was a beautiful little pillow there for $70. Yes you read that right, a $70 little throw pillow! When I google lenses it, I found a similar pillow at Walmart for $16. So I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking something specific like I did, or if you want inspiration. Because like I said in the beginning of this review, the store is nice and beautiful. Just highly overpriced with a handful of items”
