When I saw the reviews it was no wonder why, it seems as though all the customers like myself have never taken the time to put in a review for y'all and that sucks because out of, at the very least, 10-15 times Ive been to this location its always been quick, simple, and the associates were more than nice and helpful. I was taken back to see the other reviews I saw which some looked to be based on mere insecurity/and or intuition of a customer, how crazy! “I have not banked here for sometime, but I had a very negative experience resolved by April and the other employees here. Something that was completely my fault and my responsibility, April, the manager, took the time to hear me out through my frustration and then spent at least 30 minutes on the phone getting the issue resolved. I can only hope that I can continue banking here in the near future based on this experience. Wonderful team and a wonderful asset to this organization.”
