This place is honestly amazing, I’m having a tough time in life right now due to severe medical issues and having car problems was only adding to it. Jacob and Justin went above and beyond for me, to ensure I had a safe way to get my family around. They were so compassionate and helpful, I can’t tell you how thankful I am for them. I would have been unable to get my tire issues resolved without them, so thank you guys so much. I appreciate you.

Got me in for an appointment to fix a flat on short notice. It was a busy day, but took care of the tire earlier than expected, and sent me on my way with no bill from the great warranty Discount Tire offers.

They have my future business! Showed up with a flat tire and no appointment scheduled. Was able to leave my tire and phone number and they filled up my spare with air. Came back in a couple of hours and they put my main tire back on at no cost.

i have read some negative reviews about this location. since i live near this location i decided to give it a try. I called the store and ordered tires for my vehicle. a day or two later i received a call my tires were in. made contact with the store and discovered they ordered tires for another vehicle. I showed the salesman paperwork from SAMS Club and stated these are the run flat tires i wanted. I received another call that the tires were in. I took my vehicle to the location and had the tires installed. the next day i looked over the tires that were installed and discovered they were not run flat tires. I went to the store and talked to the manager. He agreed these tires were not run flats as requested. I asked about getting the correct tire. i was told they do not sale them. i contacted Perrelli Tires. I obtained the tire number for my vehicle. I made contact with the manager and gave them the info so they could order them. The manager said , "Oh we have their number". I was upset they had a means of getting the tires and did nothing to get the correct tires until after i forced the issue. after about a week, i received a call that the tires were in. i went to have the tires installed. After the tires were installed I noticed a long black mark on the front drivers side quarter panel. apparently the tech dropped the tire up against the car and the left a 10 inch black mark. Upon driving off, my tire monitoring system was on the screen all the new tires were inflated with different numbers. poor quality control. i felt the store was like a mad house with long waiting periods. I will never visit this store again, i will stick with Costco or Sams.

Had a flat on the highway and limped in 30min before close. They were able to show us damage on another tire, which would have blown out had he not pointed it out. They stayed an hour after closing time and were very curious and thanked us several times for our patience. This is why I ONLY get my tires from Discount Tire.
