Customer service is horrible, customers should be treated with respect and should be greeted with a smile, the employees need to have better customer service. The employees at the spring branch location need to take better care of their appearance.

I came because I needed to buy a new phone. December 24th and they said they were only accepting bill pay. I tried calling before heading and would get no answer. I called when I arrived at the store and the phone was ringing but the guy would not answer it. Totally unprofessional and inconvenient.

I met Mitchell who's great with helping out the customers, friendly service and got me out of there quick. Now, I did try the canyon lake location and didn't get anything done. Figured I'd try this location and sure enough, this young man is who you need to see. Mitchell, thanks again for activating a phone for my daughter and getting me all set up and out the door.

These 2 stars are meant to reflect the store management. The young man that waited on me was as helpful as he could be but he just didn't know what to do. I needed my phone number ported to a replacement phone. Not really difficult, I just didn't have time to do that from home. Not happy with this store.

The best experience ever. The young lady Andee was awesome and so sweet. I upgraded my daughters phone and she was on it. She was upbeat and the most helpful i will continue go this place for now on
