Was forced to make a stop at the Boerne Road auto zone in Bulverde,TX, and was assisted by an employee named Talon(sp?) and then Samuel. I had a bad crankshaft position sensor and Talon quickly helped diagnose the fault code, find me the part i needed, and lent me the store tools so i could change the part right there in the parking lot. The basic tools weren't enough to get the job done, and Samuel assisted me with finding the correct tools to reach the part for replacement, and i was back on the road again in an hour. Excllent customer service from these two young men.

Peeps there are fast and friendly. Grabbed my headlight for me. I could have done it. But they're super nice. Haven't had a bad experience yet. So come on down. They'll even replace that bad battery for you. If you buy it...

We needed coolant, they came to help us. Then our car would not start. We needed a new battery, and pretty much the whole store was out helping! Itwasa great experience. We were done in less than an hour! It was a great experience!

This staff is on top of they're game although I do see some new faces only reason I know cause I'm a regular customer i been coming here for years never have I seen the staff workers get frustrated or angry they are very polite and take the time to help customers to figure out what you need and go get it for you I've been to other autozone stores and employees just point to where the part is and there I am looking confused to where I get frustrated and just walk out so Bulverde AutoZone keep up the good work ? ??

I rolled in and kept my car on because the battery worked as long as it wasn’t turned off. We had a quote for a battery replacement from a dealership that was twice the amount AZ charged me - even with them installing it on the spot. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially Evan C., who got us up and running in no time. Thank you, Evan and AZ!
