“Really wonderful and personable staff. Knowledgeable, calming, and empathetic to our situation as my emotions were all over the place with the risk of losing our 14 year old dog. They saved her life! They were gentle and accommodating to my requests. We called on the way in to give them a heads up of our emergency situation and they prepped a room and fluids to give our dog upon arrival, they even met us in the parking lot to grab her and take her straight back. Great clinic and atmosphere- they even offered me a more comfortable place to sit while I nursed my baby. They gave stickers to my little kids and really made the whole experience a positive one. Kenzie, one of the vet techs, is a close friend of ours and she kept me updated with pictures of our girl's recovery as well. Thank you so much for your expertise and more importantly, how you treated my entire family. Forever grateful.”

18421 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Flint“All of the staff were so friendly and caring. The vet was fantastic. I've seen a few vets and vet techs before and they mostly act like we're just another patient. But the people at this clinic absolutely care about their patients. I'll be bringing my other animals to see them! 10/10.”

104 W Main St, Whitehouse“I have been trusting them for many years. I think a total of 7 cats and a dog. They are great with new baby pets and seniors. Very compassionate during bad cancer diagnosis and end of life care. They have got us through pet emergencies and injuries. Even caught things early and prevented tough situations from becoming real emergencies. Like bad reaction to rabies shots ( we adopted and the vaccines were from a different vet) , surgeries, infections, kidney cancer, fatty lymphomas, bronchitis, eye and tummy problems, a rare aerobic bacterial infection, torn acl, back injuries, arthritis, and a cat eating cellophane. We also use them for boarding. It is reassuring that they are in the care of people we trust. Ones that have their medical records and know what they need. Everyone there has always been kind to us. The front desk, nurses and Doctors are caring. They call and check on our pets when they are being treated at home to see how things are going. Following up even on weekends when they are closed.”

11187 County Rd 168, Tyler“Today we had to put our oldest of 4 pups down. The Vet and her assistant talked us through every step and cried with us the whole time. They gave us the sweetest paw and nose print before we left. They have cared for our pets over 20 years. I would recommend this Vet 100%!”
“Dr. Shams went above & beyond to get to the issue with my cat Echo, & displayed true concern, compassion, & professionalism. The office is very clean & professional. Highly recommend.
Coming back 3 months later to leave an additional review for this wonderful office. Dr. Shams has helped me nurse a sick kitten back to health with severe worm infestation, fleas, needing fluids & antibiotics. Thanks to Dr. Shams & the team at Pet Veterinary Clinic, I have a healthy & happy kitten. All the staff at this clinic have been great, return calls in a timely manner, listen to my concerns, & this clinic is very reasonably priced with excellent, efficient service.”

15186 State Hwy 155 South, Tyler“Dr. Morris and his staff are the absolute best! Our pets have been patients for 30 years! Dr. Morris has taken care of our 4 furry family members through the years dealing with puppy ailments, broken legs, skin allergies and elder pet needs. He is very knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs of the pets and their humans. I highly recommend this Dr. and his clinic.”
“Took both my dogs here for annual shots, heart worm test and to purchase more heart worm meds. Significantly cheaper than any other vet where you also have to pay a vet visit fee. The staff were very kind and the process was efficient, and you don’t even have to get out of your vehicle! Thanks y’all for providing more affordable options!”

7900 S Broadway Ave, Tyler“Lisa was very caring and personal with our new pup. She recommended services that were best for our dog. They do have a lot of monthly plans and Insurance sales but we were not pressured to sign up for an additional car payment aka ( puppy package). We recommend Premier because they seem to put our pup first.”

421 TX-110, Whitehouse“I recently had our dog Flynn get sick. Azalea accepts our pet insurance. Nobody in Tyler does so I went there. I'm so glad I did. They were very accommodating. Our poor little guy needed to be looked at right away. They were very nice, professional and the whole staff treated me like we were the most important people and pet there. Our dog got an aggressive disease. Azalea got us back in quickly to check on the progress or lack of after starting treatment. Unfortunately we lost our little guy. I have had many pets over the years and seen multiple animal treatment centers. These guys are tired for number one. I appreciate all they did and how they treated us. I would highly recommend them. It's worth the extra drive from Tyler.”

7513 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler“A stray cat adopted us over the last few weeks and after we were able to confine him when a clinic was open, we went to Rose City. They were able to take us in right away, provide the services we needed and let us take him home the next day as we arranged. The whole process was smooth and well explained. The techs we dealt with were friendly, patient, and informative.
Their services and prices were explained beforehand and I feel they were very reasonable.
Lastly, I greatly appreciate their days/hours. They obviously consider working families in their scheduling.”
“Dr. Alexander is always straight forward, honest and the best Veterinarian ever. Our family appreciates all he and his staff provides. Thank you Dr. A for all you do.”
