I'd give negative stars if I could. The previous owners were solid Christian men and stood behind their word. This is my second dealings with My Garage Storage, both times they bought out a facility I had already been in. They take advantage of people by continuing to raise monthly rent until you are forced to move your stuff out or lose it. They start adding rules that were never part of the original owner's agreement with tenants. Very bad reputation in my experience with them each time. Do NOT rent from them at any location!!

I love my garage storage, its fast, easy online to rent , no contact and in seconds you have your unit, its peaceful for me there which sounds crazy however i spend a great deal of time there in and out storing items ive picked up. Also has 24 hour access which is great for me. Theres no way i would want to be tied to a 6, 8 or 10 oclock lockout. Most people dont get off work until 6 pm. Ive been very happy with my unit and about to rent a second one. I highly recommend the my garage i use here in bullard.

Units are fine, however, I've been trying to reach a REAL PERSON for days! I've left messages asking them to call me but nothing. I've got an issue with my rental and need some guidance.

Can never get in touch with anyone. Left messages, emails, message with the after hours answering service but still never returns a call. They say their open until 6pm but I have called all times of day no answer and 2 times I called around 5pm and answering service answers and takes message but sstill no return calls. I have been calling emailing fir aboutv14 days and still

A little hard to get someone to answer the phone and call me back after leaving a message but other than that very courteous and helpful.

Getting a storage here was fast and easy. Simply made a phone call, the manager provided awesome customer service and helped me get what I needed. There are some local businesses in the front as well to check out.
