I’ve been banking with Southside for years and have always been pleased with the customer service. I recently used the Southside in Bullard and Brian Hebert helped me with some issues I was having. He was professional and friendly. He made the process easy. I really appreciated his help and will be back to that location in the future.

I had an issue with my debit card having a security alert. Brian was so helpful and even followed up to make sure we didn’t have any further issues. Even though it’s out of the way, I will use this branch again!

I am beyond grateful for the incredible staff here at this Southside location! Their standard for excellence is top tier! I needed to open an account for my minor child and was blown away by both McKenzie’s expertise AND friendliness. Truly, the best interaction I’ve had with a banking professional in a lonnnnnnng time!Usually, I dread doing anything bank related and avoid interactions with cold, robotic and snooty bank employees by utilizing online banking options and ATMs.However, my experience here at this branch was so pleasant and enjoyable that I actually look forward to the next time I need to do any banking. I’ll 100% be driving out of my way, to exclusively visit this branch going forward.McKenzie and team: THANK you for making our experience not only painless but enjoyable.
