Unbelievably rude, I will never use this pharmacy again. One star is a gift for this place.

I have used Brookshire pharmacy in Bullard for years and have never had any trouble. Then Walgreens took over early this year and it’s been nothing but a goat rodeo ever since. The workers at the drive thru and at the pick up desk were totally inept. They had no knowledge of procedure nor customer service. My experience lasted for over a month with me desperately trying to hang on to the convenience of having my pharmacy in the town in which I live. I was told when I had legitimate questions about long standing prescriptions to call other pharmacies. I was told several times that they were back ordered on a med to only have another person in the room shout, “no we have that!” Without missing a beat the person at the window said it would take two hours. When I finally went to pick up the meds that I’d been waiting over a month for I got to the window (second try for pick up that day) and was told they couldn’t release my meds because they had to have a release from the pharmacist and she wasn’t there so I’d have to come back a third time that day in hopes of her being there. I never would want to get anyone fired but y’all need to review the credentials of everyone there starting with the pharmacist in charge. I’m sad that Brookshire’s good name is being tainted by this sorry excuse for a pharmacy.

Just coming to brag on a young man named Mark who walked my groceries out this evening. Bravo to his parents - you’re raising a fine young man! He was well spoken, absolutely kind and helpful and just delightful! You’ve got a wonderful employee Brookshires, Bullard TX!

The pharmacist here is extremely rude. I just got married and my wife is trying to move her prescriptions to a local pharmacy. She has a rare disease and is in the care of an oncologist. After refusing to fill my wife’s meds (after having a prescription from the oncologist, talking directly to the oncologist, and seeing my wife’s history of taking this medication) the pharmacist had the audacity to tell the oncologist she should put my wife on hospice and be rid of her. Will not use this pharmacy or any Brookshires pharmacy ever again.Edit: the pharmacy at FRESH (yes I know it’s by Brookshires) has been great to work with! Helpful and friendly technicians and pharmacist. A much appreciated breathe of FRESH air (pun intended) after trying to deal with Bullard Brookshires pharmacy.

The pharmacist is a human who cares about the well being of her customers. I take a specific prescription that needs to be taken every day, not taking it even one time can be dangerous. I unfortunately found myself out and without a refill because my wife and I had a baby a couple days ago and I wasn’t able to make my appointment while we were in the hospital. I called to see if there was anything that can be done. They immediately offered to provide me 3 days worth of the medicine until either I or they could get in touch with my Doctor after the weekend. As soon as I realized I didn’t have anymore, I was panicking and very worried. I didn’t expect much by calling but you’ll never know unless you ask. Thank you for caring about me and seeing the seriousness of the matter. Thank you for going out of your way to get me what I needed in a time of need. I will forever bring my business to this specific pharmacy. Shoot, I’ll make a drive here if I ever end up moving. It’s rare to find anyone who puts people over profits now a days. This pharmacy are one of the rare ones that care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

The Brookshire Pharmacy in Bullard has gone downhill very quickly. I think that the manager of the Pharmacy was changed a month or so ago, and since then, you cannot get a prescription filled in a timely manner. Before, I was notified the day a prescription was ordered, and I then was able to pick up fairly quickly. On my last two prescriptions, I have not been called and had to physically call the Pharmacy (if and when they answer the phone) to find out if my medicines were filled. Someone in management of Brookshires needs to evaluate this pharmacy and the store overall. Something has gone wrong in this store.

I haven't had the misfortune to use this pharmacy, but my daughter has. They refused to fill her very necessary medication because the pharmacist wasn't comfortable filling it. But did she leave it at that? NO. She told my daughter that she "looked normal" - so I guess that meant she couldn't possibly have the chronic health problems that she does, although we have a stack of medical records and scans as high as your head proving that she does. My daughter's oncologist called the pharmacy, where she, even as a highly trained medical professional, was given a list of "red flag" issues the pharmacist felt were legitimate. Among them 1. She has moved recently. Guess what? She got married, so it stands to reason she would move. 2. She has changed doctors. Yes, because she got a specialist. These were among the very ignorant and uninformed "red flags", but the worst was when she told the oncologist to put my daughter on hospice and wash her hands of the matter. I can not tell you how furious I am, and if I lived closer, I'd be at the pharmacy for a chat. No one - NO ONE - gets to treat another human that way, especially a chronically ill person that is simply trying to exist in the best way possible. I can't even begin to understand why anyone would use this pharmacy - thank GOD that another pharmacist in Tyler is a compassionate and wonderful human that helped my daughter. The Brookshire's pharmacist also tried, when my daughter had to pick up the one remaining prescription that they did fill - Vitamin D, so I guess that was ok - to find out where she had gotten her medications filled. SO completely unprofessional.

I have lived in Bullard my entire life and I have never seen such rudeness from the people here. I am not blaming the entire pharmacy, but there are a number of employees that have no business in the industry of helping people with their pharmaceutical needs. They never fill my prescription when the doctor sends it in unless I call and tell them too. They never call to let me know that something that I take every day is out of stock until I get there to pick it up and by then, my doctor is already out of office and I can't get it transferred without the doctor doing it. So when I call ahead of time to make sure it is in stock and available, the lady on the phone huffy and sighs like that is just too much to ask. Then when I try to be polite about it by saying thank you and that I just wanted to make sure ahead of time, she hangs up on me mid sentence. It doesn't take any extra time or energy to simply just be kind to people.

Worse pharmacy to use. They can't keep orders straight and get different stories from every employee when an order is suppose to be filled and ready.

I drive to this Brookshire's from Jacksonville because it is the best grocery store in the area. The store is clean modern and well stocked. The produce and veggies and fruit are fresh and high quality. What I love best is the service. The store Manager worked to have a couple of items I was used to shopping for at HEB in Houston added to the shelves. This is the place to shop guys !!!!!

Pharmacy drive through pick up - when a customer arrives and their scripts are not ready for pick up, they should be asked to drive back around allowing those with scripts ready for pick up to proceed.

They had my they prescription ready, I wanted to use the name brand coupon I filled out online. Pharmacist told me they would have to reorder which would be 2 days wait!Where as if I pay full price I can have it now.I call my doctor and she said, there’s no difference in he medication, they just don’t want to do the paperwork!

This pharmacy gets slower every month lately! They will get the prescription and if you arent there in person waiting it's gonna be 3 or 4 hours and usually I'll call back and it's always we are working on it now and will still be 30 minutes to an hour. I'm getting my monthly meds this month and switching to walgreens and will just go to Tyler and get them. I live a few blocks from Brookshires in Bullard so I've used them for years. So I gave them one more shot and once again almost 4 hours to fill a prescription again and on top of that had to wait til after 4 o'clock the day after for them to get around to my maintainence meds and couldn't get there before closing so it's gonna be tomorrow but don't worry Brookshires Walgreens won't leave me days without Blood Pressure medicine. Something seriously needs to be done cause it used to be a fast efficient pharmacy but no more.
