Why is the post office not open on Saturday until noon, so people that work can get there postal needs done.

Just moved to Buffalo, and being use to Dallas people, I have to say that Thursday I was not having such a great day. My car has been out of commission due to breaking down so my only choice was to walk to get my packages. Of course I wasn’t thinking since it was hot outside. I had forgotten my wallet and water, and when I arrived at the USPS, the lady was super nice. I was severely dehydrated and wobbly. I was trying to not vomit and not pass out. I asked for a bottle of water and without hesitation, she was kind enough to help. For me, it is the small things because there is too much hate in this world that kindness is rare. I very much appreciate her kindness and compassion. This is one of the reasons I missed living in a small town. So far, everyone has been wonderful

WORTHLESS!!!! They NEVER pick up the phone and scan packages as delivered and then they not deliver them!!!!

We moved to buffalo and I went up there to ask where I need to put my new mail box ($50 for post and concrete) the worker told me “anywhere is fine, just as long as it’s 48” off the ground”. Well come to find out anywhere is not fine, I have to pull it out of the ground and get a new one because they’re to lazy to go out and look and tell you where exactly to put it. The manager Shelia won’t add to the route or refund me for having to buy a new post.

This is the absolute WORST post office on the planet. It is pointless for it to even be here and the employees are just nasty garbage waste of air and space.

These are the friendliest, most helpful people. We are a small business that uses this post office to send our products. We've had more than 100 individual packages at one time. They told us about the end of day SCAN report and eliminated alot of problemsLove them!

These people that work there are hard workers. And deal with a lot of incoming and outgoing packages and mail.

One star might be generous. Don't waste your time here folks. Go to Jewett or Marquez. These people are the model of laziness and incompetence. But hey, if that's your thing then by all means come here.
