“I cannot recommend this vet enough. They are so thoughtful and kind to my dog that has a lot of vet anxiety. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable. I think the main selling point to me is how clearly they all truly care about the pets. My dog went in for a teeth cleaning recently and I was so nervous to drop him off and for them to use anesthesia on him, but the staff was so kind and they provided updates throughout the day. I was also able to pick him up around 1:30 so he didn’t have to stay all day. I’m so happy I was able to find such a great vet, and I’d recommend them to anyone!!”

“Really appreciated my visit with Dr. G! My dog has had health issues since we got him, so in the last 3 years, I’ve learned a lot on how to manage his issues. By the time we switched services to T&C, we’d already tried everything. Even so, I still learned a few new things from Dr. G, got great advice on other things to try, and I loved how she didn’t rush through our appointment. She also suggested advanced next steps but was quick to tell me we aren’t there yet. That helps me as a pet parent plan for what might be to come in the next few years.
Also, as a pet parent with a dog that needs to be on consistent (expensive!) prescription medication, I also appreciated them suggesting ways I can save money on his pills. That’s not something a vet and vet tech usually tell me unless I specifically ask.

“The ladies at Firehouse are Fire??. My baby was having a seizure like episode & I called at least 10 vet clic/hospitals only to be told “we can’t see you today” all with I dont care attitude. As soon as I connected w FH I was immediately told to bring him in now & they would work him in! As soon as we arrived they took my fur baby & made him (and myself) comfortable. “Dr. Patel helped us tremendously with this sick fur baby. He was vomiting and just lying around. Dr. Patel checked out his stomach and heart. He also took his temperature. He did a blood draw for good measure. He also introduced Pepper to a great canned dog food. It was a very extensive exam for $245 including the dog food. Pepper calmed down and loves his new dog food. We are so grateful for Dr. Patel.”
“The staff was so professional and sweet and they made me so proud of my sweet baby. They made lots of compliments to her and were very professional about her care. They also didn’t make me feel bad about waiting too long for certain things. When vets do that, is so shameful when you’re literally at the vet trying to get those things done. “The staff were direct and efficient, and my dog’s issue was handled without unnecessary extras. For what you pay, the experience is solid and far more affordable than the other clinics I researched. My dog wasn’t manhandled, the front staff got me in right away, and they answered all my questions. They also have a Valpak coupon, but even without it, I’d recommend this place. I’ll be using them again.”

“We had such a great experience with Dr. East and Sabrina when we brought in our new puppy. They were both so kind, patient, and easy to talk to, which really helped calm our nerves as new puppy owners.
Dr. East took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions in a way that actually made sense. We never felt rushed. Sabrina was just as wonderful and treated our puppy with so much care and attention.
