Came in with a problem that no other Verizon store knew how to fix. I've been a Verizon customer for ten years this is one of the best locations I've been to. Cristian is the man! He took his time and showed great patience and supreme confidence/ knowledge. Even worked into his lunch time despite his growing hunger. 5 stars for the location, 10/10 for Cristian.

Avoid if possible! I’ve been with Verizon over 6 years and their service has gone downhill. I went in to add a line and the young lady told me it would be $20 extra a month. That’s my fault because it sounded too good to be true. When I asked for a printout of the quote, she stated their printer was down! Our bill went up $75! Please beware!!! I contacted customer service and they said I had to go back to the store and get it adjusted. T-Mobile seems to be a better option at this point.

Kamaria Herndon provided amazing service for the issues we had. She was extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. We will recommend this store to our new neighbors that have Verizon as their provider.

Absolutely a total nightmare with these guys at this store! Wow!! Ali Sayed and Alex totally botched my transfer from a personal account to a business account. Everything I was told by Sayed the "business account rep" about the benefits of switching to a business account has been a lie. So far there have been lines "added" to my account incorrectly and have been billed more than double from my personal account. No help whatsoever from Verizon or anyone at this store! Stay away from Verizon and these kind of reps working for them. They have no customer service. They lie and there is possibly some fraud on my account which we are looking into.

Finally, some excellent customer service! My husband and I had visited a different location (not a corporate store) the day prior and had a horrible experience. We decided to try this location the next day because it was a corporate store. I was switching over from AT&T and my husband was moving from his family account over to the new one I was starting. This did take a long time, as to be expected, but we had the most pleasant experience due to Cullen. He was very personable, professional, and helpful. It was easy to talk with him during the waiting periods for things to sync up, etc. He seemed to genuinely care about our experience and we really appreciated the contrast to the day prior. All of the employees in the store seemed nice and willing to help with questions, etc. So special props to Cullen for making sure our needs were met and this location overall is highly recommended by me!

Buyer Beware,Verizon will hijack your credit card if your using autopay.I lost my phone and my pin#. I went to Verizon in Buda Texas and 2 other Verizon outlets in San Marcos. To close the account and stop autopay. The employees at all 3 locations refused to close my account and stop autopay. I have several forms of current photo ID's. The manager there refused to accept the ID's. They also refused to call corporate and talk to a real person. But they were willing to sell me a new phone and upgrade my new phone without my pin#. So I called my credit card company and told them I lost my credit card. So Verizon couldn't charge my card every month for service, Knowing I don't have a phone. Just Because I lost my Pin#. So I sold all my Verizon stock and bought several thousand shares of AT&T shares with the Verizon proceeds. I went to AT&T bought a better phone for a better price. And received the same phone service for the same price. I was told from AT&T if you ever loose your phone and Pin#. All you have to do is bring in a current photo ID. And we can cancel the autopay and the contract if you want. Then I went home with my new photo. I called my old phone and found my phone outside. Where I never would have found it for months. So I called Verizon to complain about what happen. The person on the phone said this should have never happen. All they had to do is call us and we would have authorized the contract termination and stop autopay. Verizon outlets cannot be trusted. It's my opinion they a crooks and can careless about their customers. I'm a Veteran with 5 tours and this Veteran says; F__K VERIZON. VERIZON IN BUDA TX KNOWS WHOM I AM. Also as I was leaving I was heckled by a black women I never spoke to. I believe she was an employee also. So I filed a Complaint to the FCC and Lieutenant Governor of TX. Verizon needs to shut the outlet down in Buda TX, before they piss the wrong person off.

Ordered something here, and 2 hours later, they sent an email saying because I did not pick up the order, so they cancelled the order. And it is just 2 hours after I ordered. No ready to pick up order has ever been sent out. Cannot call the store to see what’s going on because they do not have a local phone number. Horrible experience.

5 devices on my plan won’t connect to data suddenly. Calls dropped. No texts going through. Called customer support who had me “troubleshoot” five devices by restarting, reset network settings, ALL 5 devices and lines, etc which to no surprise didn’t work. Case escalated. New tech says there “maybe 5G updates happening.” Says they will call back. Never does. Verizon can’t identify issue. Can’t address it. Wastes literally hours being transferred on calls to different reps who read a script and can’t help. 5 devices (3 lines) still not working on Verizon. All devices work okay on SPECTRUM Wi-Fi. Verizon suggests I use spectrum Wi-Fi so the network will be reliable.

I've had Verizon since 2010, they've gotten drastically worse over the last 3 years and are extremely dishonest and rude. Will drop after this month FINALLY, good riddance.

I try to avoid going into any store when online ordering is an option. But Verizon (to their discredit) has terrible online ordering system. I had tried several times to port my lines over to Verizon, but got fed up with how buggy the process was.Thankfully, this store is great. The people are super attentive and respect your time and intelligence. They quickly explained my options, even getting me a better deal than I had expected. They had some problems placing the order—surprise, surprise—but gave me a bill credit for the wait.I left happy. I'm still scared of how bad Verizon's phone customer service has been in the past versus T-Mobile, but at least I have some good people to count on at the Buda Verizon store.

Sent my son to process trade in phones. I had set trade in to be done in store but when in store we were told that trade in had to be done through mail and that they could not change it. When I checked online to ship it shows that we selected in store trade in. Now we are being charged late fee because we could not complete the trade in because some employee was too lazy to do their job.
