UPDATE: I went in to get the dip off my nails and Terry ended up redoing them. They came out the way I first envisioned and I love them! I will go back just for him. Last photo for reference
1/5 stars Very disappointed, especially since most reviews are raving over this place. I went in today and my dip nails were probably the worst I’ve ever had done. Kim, the nail tech, was polite however it seems she may need more practice. My nails were very inconsistent. Also, one of my nail is cracked within 24 hours. Another thing, the nail tech had me rinse my hands before the dip was even sealed. I’m from out of town and my nail salon has never had me do that, so just felt weird and off. Maybe that’s the norm? Probably not. Nancy worked on my grandmother and did amazing! I wish I could have had her do my nails. Also….charging $15 for chrome is ridiculous and taking advantage of a customer, in my opinion. I am someone who believes in tipping 20% minimum, however I only tipped 10% due to the unimpressive work done.

I thought I'd try this place today since it's closer to my house than my usual salon. I'm very happy I picked this place! Everybody there was very friendly. I did the milk and honey pedicure, and it was the best pedicure I've had! Very relaxing, and such a cute environment to sit back and be pampered. I also got a fresh set of pink and whites, and they look great! I'll definitely be back!

This is my second visit to Sweet Nails, and both visits have been awesome! I've had SzuSzu (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) do my nails both times, and I will definitely continue to trust her with my acrylics! This past visit I told her she could do anything she wanted with a 4th of July theme...I get stopped everywhere I go so people can look at them. They are FIRE ?!! Not to mention, she made a super yummy Vietnamese coffee for me, which I loved because I don't drink alcohol :) Such a nice touch! I can't wait for my next appointment ?

I really wanted to like this place due to proximity but will not be going back for the following reasons:
1. Low quality work - my dip powder nails would chip or fall off within a week and half of getting them serviced. After the 3rd time time this happened to me, I went in to get it fixed, which the owner said he would only give me 10% off because it was past 7 days (pls keep in mind that I called within 7 days and told them I would have to come in later due to my work schedule and they said I shouldn’t worry that they will take care of it for me…..I had a text to prove it but the owner would not budge). I failed to read some of the other 1 & 2 star reviews that highlighted the low quality work they did….. pls read for yourself.
2. Customer Service - owner was very rude and inconsiderate.
3. Cleanliness - I had my reservations about the cleanliness of this place but was reinforced when I happened to be around during a team meeting when the owner said they need to do a better job of cleaning out the tubs after pedicures!!!

I've been going here for years. They recently remodeled it. New chairs,new this,new that ....New color wall. It looks great.
I got a full set by Miss.Sam on this visit with the Cat eye ?️ design over. Really cute.
Stylist: Sam does a great job on sculpting if ur looking for a long set.

New remodel looks amazing. Customer service was spot on. I called and they had availability asap for a pedicure on a Friday evening, impressive. It was busy but the flow was great. Henry did a fabulous job on my toes! I will be back.

The pedicure I received did not meet my expectations. The technician had a shaky hand while painting my toes, leading to a subpar result. I felt like I could have done a better job at home and saved my money. After requesting a redo, my toenails were filed down shorter than I would have liked. Even after she redid two toenails, I still wasn't satisfied. The picture attached is after I asked for them to be repainted. She blamed the polish for the outcome, but I expressed my dissatisfaction. Eventually, she repainted all my toenails, which was an improvement but still not great. I have decided not to return in the future.

After discussing in length with the girl at the counter and one of the ladies doing nails I was told that my acrylic fill with normal polish instead of gel that I would be paying $25 which is still $5 over their posted price online. When i checked out they charged me $25 for the fill and added a $15 charge to make it $40. I was expressly told they charge $25for the fill and charge $15 for gel polish which i didnt want and didn't get. I won't be back because of that. To agree on a price then change it is horrible customer service, bad business ethics and just outright wrong.

Price was a little steep for my pockets … BUT their customer service was beyond superb! Owner kept checking on everyone… and his wife is the one who did my pedi and full set. Loved her personality as well as how she took her time in making sure my nails were good. I will be going back just not every 2 weeks.
