Rude lady behind the counter 08/27/24 at 12:00 am. Walked in as she was helping another customer then she said she couldn’t sell me anything for 10-15 minutes because she was taking a break. Not that it matters. Will just get the same copy & paste response from corporate.

Bandana girl was extremely rude when trying to get a refund after they sold us a car wash while it was closed. Do not come here.

Just go somewhere else… The young girl work behind the counter wearing a bandanna was rude and condescending. Calling people over for self check for debit/credit purchases looked at me like I was dumber that a rock after scanning alcohol stating “you can’t scan alcohol…” under her breath. I definitely will never stop here again. Long lines only one person able to actually run a register.

While driving home to San Antonio at about 11:45 PM on Friday July 26th 2024, we stopped hoping to get some hotdogs or something and the lady behind the counter was the rudest person EVER! I asked if they had warm food, she of course said no then when I kindly asked if maybe the Burger King next was open 24 hours her response was " How would I know."... you all need to get rid of people like that, that do not want to work. PS Based on previous reviews and the responses left by management, this employee is apparently not going anywhere guys...maybe go somewhere else is the best option...my money will be going to pay for better service in the future.

Today is May the 4th 9:45 am.the kitchen staff were kind professional and patient.my order wad served correctly with proportions and waiting time was almost none. The kitchen staff are hard workers and deserve a evaluation. Thank you

Just stopped at this place and the lady behind the counter charged us for 3 hotdogs (we only got 2) and she charged us for 2 big bags of chips(we only got 1). We noticed right as we were walking out the door and immediately turned back around and she told my husband we were lying and made us bring the bag for her to look at. Two of the bags of chips wouldn’t even have fit in the grocery bag! She also refused to reimburse us for the extra hotdog she charged us for!!! The nerve!!! I mean she could look at their dam security cameras and see that we weren’t lying! I think she probably has some scan going and pocketing the money that she’s overcharging!!! BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! Don’t risk it by stopping here! U MAY GET RIPPED OFF!!!

I mean this is a gas station. The food is ok, especially when you're hungry. My complaint is lack of a line. You see a ton of people in line and multiple cashier's which helps but people tend to skip you and if you don't speak up they will do it. I've almost gotten into fights twice about it and I'm not that type of person, but some people have no sense and no respect, and this could all be solved by maybe a line ribbon or something like they do at other stores where stupid people don't have a chance to be cutting in line.

I used to be a big fan of this place. They had hot food and baked goods. Their drinks were always well stocked. This place was my usual stop to get a drink and a muffin.This was the third time I have been in this store where I bought two energy drinks and two baked goods. It should have rang up just over $10. The lady rings me up and tells me it is over $14. I am not playing close attention and swipe my card. I hop in my car and head out. I am driving back to my destination and look at the receipt. The older female casher had charged me for a Monster Java Energy drink that I did not pick up. This is not the first time this store has tried to charge me for items that I never bought. If I could give them zero stars, I would. If you go to this place, be sure to check your receipt before you leave, or you will end up paying for items you never requested. I would avoid this place at all costs. You are better off going to the store around the corner. This place has robbed me one too many times.
