The onsite team is amazing to work with when I’ve had an issue. They are humble and for-more understanding than most apartment complexes. The amenities are great, the kids play safely and Im thankful to call it home.

I lived here for one year and am sad to say I will not be returning. Silverado Crossing is not even close to an "upscale apartment community." The units overall are fine, but the gates never worked, cops are always being called and cars get stolen or broken into. The parking policy is a joke as my new car was illegally towed and severely damaged in tow three days after purchase. The tow company that management lets onto the property speeds through the complex and is aggressive - exactly why mine ended up with $3000+ worth of damage yet not one apology from the tow company. I will say in my experience the staff, specifically Maddie, was always helpful and one of the few good things at the complex despite the community issues.I would not recommend anyone rent here. It is easier to come onto the complex and steal/break into a car than have friends or family stay overnight and avoid getting towed. Management needs to prioritize the safety of residents and their vehicles before claiming this is "luxury living."

SCAM Update: We moved out and paid the fees to break our lease early which was $3,242.00 in total. RPM Management that owns Silverado Crossing is trying to charge us $1,228.10 in damages without a itemized list or pictures. There was no damage to the apartment and we cleaned throughly before leaving our keys with the front office. What a SCAM.I have lived here since May and it’s been an over all great experience. There is ample parking day and night and they are always quick to respond to maintenance or any other issues that arrive. Also they have a lot of community events which is awesome.

The Silverado Crossing Apartments have been one bad thing after the other. Upon moving in last June, we discovered the apartment we originally signed for was a handicap unit where every appliance was almost to the floor. When they discovered this no one called us and they told us it would be 2000 to get out of our lease. We had to move to a third floor apartment with bugs that was not properly cleaned. My car has been stolen here because they do not shut the gates, our blinds are held together with a paper clip, and now our AC went out. We’ve been in contact several times and were without AC for 7 days.I took off work because they said they would come fix it and they never did. The only thing they did do was install a window unit with cardboard. On the 8th day we had to call again and tell them that we should not be paying rent for a place with no ac. They then posted an eviction notice on our door. After contacting them, they said it was just something they did so we would pay.The maintenance manager told us he didn’t even know what to do and that my significant other should try.My significant other and his friend ended up fixing it after two hours on the 8th day. When confronted, the apartment complex claimed that they never said we could do that and their maintenance man lied and said he never said that either. Our experience living here has been horrible; it’s been one lie after another. We have an infestation of roaches, which we see in our oven clock, and all neighbors near us report having them in their walls as well.We signed on for $1614 and pay almost 1900 for fees labeled as “Water Admin fee,”“Service Admin fee,” and so on.It’s outrageous to us that none of our complaints have been taken seriously and now they’re being covered up.We just want to live in a safe clean place where serious complaints are treated with respect and not seen as something “to get out of”. Madison Kelly, Gabrielle Barajas, and Luis Palma have been absolutely horrible, dismissive, and outright untruthful.

A good location and family events do NOT make up for all the fees they will charge you when you move out. We are being charged $1000 for carpet replacement when we clearly documented that the carpet was disgusting before we moved in. The previous tenants had pet(s) and the carpet was clearly not replaced or at the very least properly cleaned. We had to buy a professional grade carpet cleaner and air purifiers because we were all having severe allergies and our toddler had hives and fever. Now they are saying that because the carpet was stained UNDERNEATH, we have to pay to have it replaced. We figured there had to be some kind of mistake so we contacted management but they stand by their decision. Even with these pictures and more, they said they called the front office to confirm and therefore stand by their decision to charge us $1000. This is a lot of money to pay out of pocket especially for something we were not even responsible for. The pictures attached were taken just a few days after we moved in, that's how disgusting the carpet was. Our daughter had hives all over her body. My husband and I were sick with congestion and migraines until we bought air purifiers and carpet cleaner.

I love this property - it's really family-friendly, the facilities are awesome (the pool and hot tub are beautiful!), and the staff is AMAZING. Any time I've had even a small maintenance issue, (or a big one, which required a new dishwasher), Vincent has been just fantastic. And the office staff is equally great - they so nice, and respond really quickly any time I have a question.

I just wanted to leave a review about Vincent The new maintenance supervisor he came in and knew what he needed to do and had all the expertise to fix the AC and our fridge that was acting up and was super quick about getting everything done and actually very knowledgeable and what he did. Super glad they hired him.
