My 1st time at Rosebrock clinic, with my 2 yr old cat, Pyet. Immediately got old country Dr., charm. Dr. Rosebrock and his assistances, are calm, warm and patient.
You can tell they understand animals.

We've been going to Bob's veterinary clinic for over 34 years. He is very hands-on, listens to your concerns, and is very empathetic. When doing blood tests, he explains the tests thoroughly and will give alternative medicines along with his treatments. This current visit consisted of blood tests on an 11 year old feline and updates on his vaccines as well as 2 of his siblings. His prices are well below what would have at another vet clinic. His staff is also very hands-on and very knowledgeable.

They are the worst vet place to go to they don’t care about your dog took my dogs in thinking this was a good vet and by far the worst telling me to take him some where else because they are to busy and he was the one that gave him the shot and made him feel worse I will never go there again!!!

The vet was very thorough and talked to me about all the possibilities of my dogs issues. He was very nice and reasonable. Staff was kind.

This vet beat my dog!!!! And their employee confirmed it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! it caused her lots of issues for our poor dog who passed away.

Dr. Rosebrock is a kind down to earth person. Explains thoroughly and gives great advice. He genuinely cares for all his fur baby visitors under his care. I used to think Rosebrock was so awesome. But now I can't believe I went TWENTY TWO YEARS as his client THINKING he was such a great vet. My story is long, but it's true. My little Chihuahua that Rosebrock had taken care of from the age of 10 weeks old, had an issue with her right hind leg. I had an appointment with him, but when I brought my dog in, Rosebrock had already left for the day but never had the decency to contact me to let me know he was leaving. He had the receptionist hand me 4 syrnges of Adequan Canine Injections & send me on my way. Without an examination. Pippa was 7 years old & within 1 month, she had full blown dementia. I took her in so he could see the drastic change in her personality. He looked over the top of his glasses as he observed her walking on the floor, unaware that I was calling her because she no longer knew her name. As he looked at her, he said, "Well, she's a senior now & SOMETIMES THINGS LIKE THIS JUST HAPPEN." She was only 7 years old. That's not a senior when it comes to a Chihuahua. Pippa also suffered from 19 days of paralysis a few months later. Both the dementia & the paralysis were side effects from that drug. Now she has permanent neurological damage because of him. I'll never forgive him for what he did & the callous, rude way he behaved when I came to him in desperation, so afraid for my baby girl. He NEVER called me back to check on her. The lady at the front desk said I WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL HIM TO RANDOMLY TELL HIM HOW SHE WAS. I won't name her, but she has been working there between 15 & 20 years. I called her one day to espress my anger towards Rosebrock's incompitence & to tell her that I looked him up (it's public record guys) & that I knew he had been reprimended by the DVME numerous occasions for being impaired while practicing medicine. This woman KNOWS because she has worked for him for so many years. She was very rude & told me, "I'm not going to listen to this. I have clients waiting to have their pets seen by Rosebrock." WOW!! What uncaring people they are at that clinic. Everything people THINK they have in Rosebrock & his staff is nothing but the game face they put on. It's not real. They DO NOT CARE!! The people who have such great things to say haven't lost their pet due to practicing medicine WHILE IMPAIRED. Read it all for yourself. Look it up. It's public record. All you have to do is look up his license # & you'll see it everything. Read it all. I pray others will actually read my review & decide not to ever trust him with their pet & I pray his current patients will be no longer after they read this. Please, if you love your pet, look into this vet more indepth. There are reviews I've found from others who describe what he did to their pets too.

Old school set up. Simple, to the point and only what is needed. Takes me back to my youth when Veterinarians were more worried about their patients than they were the owners. Everybody was kind and attentive, no rush, and all our questions were answered simply and without pretense. If you want a veterinarian, then you should stop here, look past the veneer, and know that an actual vet works here.

Dr Rosenbrock has seen one of our cats and he treated our dog Ozzy who was experiencing heart failure. He is an excellent diagnostician and a compassionate human being.
I highly recommend this clinic. Everyone I have spoken to has been kind and very helpful.
