This QT was not clean at all, the women's restroom was so dirty, the trash was overflowing, there was toilet paper on the floors and dirty underwear in the corner of one of the stalls. The floors hadn't been cleaned in a long while. It smelled very bad it was nauseating. Usually QTs are very clean but not this one!!!!!

The manager, Damaya, is so kind and helpful. Food service was running very slow, so she gave us a coupon so we could enjoy a free beverage while we waited. It was much appreciated!

11/23/24 at 10:20, me and my mother was passing through this town on our way to San Antonio…. I just want to shout out to Kamaya. This young lady right here was EXCELLENT customer service from the time we walked through the door till she wrang us up and we walked out the door. She said welcome in and also wished us a good day and said thank you…. All with a BIG smile on her face. It’s rare to get such great sales associate like this. I wanted to let the manager know that you have a keeper with this one. She is bright, brilliant and extremely friendly. I actually told how nice she was. I wrote her name down soon as I got to my car so I would not forget her. And kept my receipt to make sure I gave a rave review. Can you please send her to Killeen, TX 😊 Kamaya, keep doing you young lady. You will be so successful one day. I wanted you to know how much I appreciated your kindness. It really made my day…. And I told you we was going to a football game at Trinity (playoffs) and my son was a coach…. Well his team (UMHB) won 29-22 YAY!

I can’t in good conscience rate any QT higher than 3 stars anymore. QT was once the greatest new conscience store to hit the streets. I think they dove head first in a little too fast. They built too many store too quickly. The quantity went up and the quality went down. The store aren’t kept up like they used to be. They’re dirty, they have broken pumps, broken air compressors, etc. They should’ve focused more on the quality of their service like they did in the beginning. The truck stops are the worst and that’s not necessarily QT’s fault. A lot of truck drivers are nasty. I can say that because I’m a truck driver but I’m not disgusting one like some of them. I’ve witnessed drivers pouring out bottles of pee right in the fuel island. It’s absolutely disgusting. QT needs to be better. They are better. They were better. They can be better again.

Everyone that works there (night & day) is so kind and attentive. I find myself going out of my way to get coffee from Quiktrip.

So disappointing today. I usually purchase big beer purchases for my local businesses once a month. Employees are always friendly, not so much today. My husband purchased close to $400 in beer and Ice today. He asked for a cart or help since it's hot and ice melts quickly. There were easily 5 Employees standing around doing nothing 2 of which were just flirting with one another and they told him no they didn't have anyone that could assist him today. Wow. That will be the last beer purchase we make from our local QT.
Disappointed to say the least.

My review is about coffee. I admit that I am a coffee snob, but only because excellent coffee exists, so why drink the lousy stuff. Just like other large chains QT has invested in single grind machines with mediocre coffee. The machines are to increase worker productivity, not to provide great tasting coffee. The coffee is meant for hot caffeine delivery, not a potation for body and mind. "Cappuccino" machines which use powered ingredients are not cappuccinos. If I was inclined to get one why do my choices have to be vanilla, mocha, Hershey, etc.... Why is there not a simple cappuccino without yuckyness added? The photo included is from Google Maps and shows the Kenosha Travel Center in Kenosha, Wisconsin which has two Caribou single grind coffee machines which can serve up an espresso, an Americano, cappuccino, latte, and more of various sizes and they taste wonderful. Why can't QT do the same? I'll tell you why, customer satisfaction is no longer a major consideration in American business, but rather an attitude of throw something at the customer, get their money, and push them out the door. At least that is how it is for the masses. Service, Quality and Value have been replaced by Profit. We all receive one annoying customer satisfaction survey after another, but nothing ever changes.

If you need to use the restrooms...just No!! The ladies was gross to put it politely!! If you're stopping to grab some food to go...refer to the 1st sentence because the staff uses the same restrooms!! Inconvenient to stop at. Google Maps took us through an alleyway, landing us in the Semi-truck entrance!! My husband said the men's restrooms were gross too!! Urine all over the floor!! Need to stop for gas? Possibly, but if you're traveling, like us, we like to combine everything in one stop!! We have a new policy traveling the I-35 in Texas, we will stop from Buc-ee's to Buc-ee's!!
