“I wanted a safe post office to send my important mail. This Stor was fantastic. I love that it also serves as a post office. Very clean inside, and close to Circle C . Staff employee Todd Dunn was helpful and polite.
Refreshing to still receive professional service.”
“I have never been to a USPS where the employees weren’t rude and unfriendly. This one, on the other hand, is staffed by two very friendly and helpful women who make the shipping process a piece of cake. A tiny fraction of faith has been restored in USPS.”
“I appreciate our Kyle post office. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent with our mail. They have NEVER in 23 years lost a package or mistakenly delivered any of my packages to another mail box (unlike many other ground or air mail businesses I have used). Therefore, I no longer use any other delivery service, and have told the people who work at our post office how greatly I appreciate them. I just want everyone else in our area to know that they are the best!”

“My favorite errands are when I have to stop by USPS because of the kindness, high quality service, and laughs that always come out of my stops to this USPS. I am so thankful for the people who work at our local USPS - thank you for making our days better. You were there when I had to send my wedding invites, get a weirdly shaped care package to my mom, or to find a special family item that was lost in transit - you never give up and always make things easy! I consider this USPS a part of our Sunset Valley community.
The bad reviews for here literally must have gone to a different location and are confused with somewhere else (or just hate mailing things generally).
Pro tip: If you’re confused about something at the post office - Google it before you go! There are endless tips online. And then be nice to my friends behind the desk when you come please :) they can’t change rules / policies / mistakes that happen outside of our USPS!”
“Look let's be honest... The general public's pretty dumb, primal and impatient, so I can't imagine dealing with these people every single hour of every single day. That being said, the folks that work here are very helpful, patient and easy going.”

“The friendliest post office in America! I always have a very pleasant experience. I’ve never been in a post office where all of the employees appear so happy and friendly. One time they apologized for my wait and I was second in line and waited about 30 seconds ? Truly higher standards than any other USPS! Thank you all for being kind and caring!”
