Could have been a better experience. We went for the HealthHub on a Sunday. around 2 PM, and it said that “Walk-Ins are Welcome” but that is not true, at least for our situation. There were no doctors or people there to help us and when we checked into the kiosk it said they had no appointments available for today, although online it said they were open. It was a very clean and supplied CVS, but I do not recommend coming here for the HealthHub. Have a blessed day!

my previous review of this CVS was very critical, it was a three but this place has improved a lot especially the pharmacy. Shortages and slow prescription refills happen but compared pharmacies across the Austin area this one is the best.

Arthur was very rude and fulfilled the wrong amount of a prescription. Once filled we ran out and they said we need to call our doctor to ask for another fill even though the original amount was wrong by the pharmacy. Horrible place stay away

On line check-in did not work because the location would not pop up to select the Buda location. Did not look up insurance information correctly causing undo frustration and talked down to me when I tried guide them to look up the my coverage under part B instead of part D. Furthermore there phone system does not allow customers to call the pharmacy directly, instead you must leave a call back number for them to call you back within 2 hours. Overall, service was horrible, pharmacy staff were unfriendly and rude.

Today I came in for Covid testing which in my experience the last few years has always been free or very cheap. I was surprised to discover after testing that the tech told me it was $135. I told him that’s pricey for me as a student and I didn’t have my insurance card and was trying to look up my insurance on my phone. Instead of asking me questions and looking for my insurance on their system or letting me know of a sliding scale he began to berate me saying I was “ silly” to expect it cheaper, I asked if they could just bill me and I pay it within 30 days ( normal practice at all clinics I’ve ever been to in the last decade) he continued to berate me instead of helping me figure out how to pay with or without insurance. Rather than helping me find a solution he kept repeating himself seemingly fixated on belittling me instead of letting me figure out a way to pay. Finally I had enough and I had to leave, I’ve called CVS corporate and am waiting to hear back. This was a shocking and disgusting experience.

I have been getting my meds here for a very long time and all the staff at this pharmacy are terrific. The bad posts here are from unemphatic "I want what I want, and I want it now" people. Can you imagine processing HUNDREDS of prescriptions daily for hundreds of people who all: want their prescriptions now, want insurance verified now, want instructions now, and all at the same time. Wow people, cut them a break. If you bother to ask them how they are doing you would find out the staff are very caring people doing the best they can with the time and resources they have. And oh, gosh forbid they have to take a lunch break to consume calories to continue to serve customers throughout the day.

Very unprofessional. Went into to pick up my prescription and I told the pharmacy manager….the one at the register if he could double check my insurance as I just recently switched and he tells me that “ well it’s probably going to take a while and we’re about to go on lunch….”. The way that i was like oh my gosh no way he just said that, what a joke honestly. As a manager how are you so unprofessional to tell that to a customer. i just needed confirmation and instead of having an ounce of any kind of customer service he lets me know he’s going on lunch and I need to come back. I’m not going to come back if I’m already there and my prescription is ready …. I just needed a simple confirmation of my insurance to make sure I am paying the correct price. I just told him I’ll go ahead and get out of his way and let him have his lunch time since I was such a burden. I paid for my prescription and left because my prescription isn’t something I can wait for him to have lunch time first and then I come back.

This pharmacy has consistently proven to be the most unsatisfactory establishment I have ever encountered. Their utter lack of customer service is appalling, epitomized by their default response of 'I don't know' to every query. Despite repeated promises to follow up or call back, such commitments are never honored. Moreover, the pharmacy is perpetually plagued by disruptions, whether it's a remodel or some malfunctioning equipment. This constant state of disarray makes it a constant battle to obtain the necessary medications.
Despite repeated attempts to communicate these issues to management, our concerns have fallen on deaf ears. It is evident that this pharmacy has no regard for its customers' well-being or satisfaction. Their incompetence and indifference have left us feeling frustrated, helpless, and deeply disappointed. The lack of basic customer service and the persistent operational challenges make this pharmacy an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Use to love this CVS location and drove from San Marcos to pick up medications from here but I will no longer go here due to the absolutely rude pharmacist that works there. He apparently decided that customers using goodrx to save 5$ is not worth his time and effort and denies any customer using coupons. I called goodrx and they are binded by contract to take goodrx no matter how "backed up" they are or the amount that is discounted. Spoke with a manager and hopefully consequences were taken.
