Great experience, from booking over the phone to each driver involved. My move was extremely stressful for outside reasons, so it was comforting to have such friendly support from Mi Box. My belongings all made it in perfect shape. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Seamless communication with Brian.
He accommodated the drop off time and next day pick up within timelines needed for my home closing. Also, the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I've used this company twice and both times I was extremely satisfied. They delivered and picked up the box when I requested. The prices aren't bad either. If needed I will most definitely use them again.

Strong and clean storage container. Delivery and pickup were easy to schedule and the drivers were very skillful in placing and retrieving the container. Having the container on site was convenient when we needed to retrieve something. While that convenience came with higher cost than a storeroom, multiple trips to a storeroom would have consumed time and money, so probably a reasonable price. All in all, we are glad we used MiBox, and would do so again.

I used their unit for several weeks to clean out my garage to apply a floor coating.They responded immediately in both delivery and pick up.The employees were polite and careful to not damage any property.I will definitely use them again when I move.

This is a locally owned company that cares about their customers. Not only do you talk to the owners when you call, they are extremely courteous and work closely with you to deliver when you need them. I whole heartedly recommend them for your storage needs.

I found the MI-BOX option a great alternative to renting an actual storage in a building unit that I would have to drive to! They were slightly more affordable than those options and I would recommend considering if you have the space to store the unit onsite! Great service and nice people to work with!

Very responsive to getting the boxes delivered. When we needed them moved, they came out and moved the boxes to our desired location. Easy to work with.
