Good Carma was amazing in getting our car up and running again. They explained all the issues, options, pricing, etc. very well. They were informative and polite but not pushy. They even connected us with other businesses that could help with other issues (copying car key, etc.). We will absolutely be taking any of our vehicles there!

I tried a few other shops first and they all wanted a week before they could even look at my truck. Good Carma had it looked at and fixed in 3 days. Everything went great, they were professional, priced right, and did the work in a timely matter.

Bad Karma is more like it!. They use inferior products and do not back their warranty. The office management is condescending and rude. Better Business Bureau will here from me next, then local attorney. Use them at your own risk!
