Home Depot sent FPN to do our vinyl floor install. We had tile to be removed in the dining and kitchen. The install of the vinyl was good but the demo was not. The couple they sent to do the demo and install didn't have the right equipment to remove the tile. Only a jack hammer type machine and a small broom. The tile bits and dust went EVERYWHERE even though we covered our furniture with heavy duty painters cloths and moved everthing out of their way. We had tile bits embedded in our ceiling and all over. I can't tell you how bad of a mess it was, we had to clean for 4 days and are still finding tile dust and debris. FPN is giving us a small compensation for the damage done to our kitchen cabinets from the flying tile pieces. The couple who did the demo told me the proper equipment was expensive and FPN doesn't furnish it. Long story short, if you're having a tile demo make sure someone who is a professional does it.

ScammersInstaller Tried to rip me off. The installer frankie said I need floor leveling. I showed him it was on the receipt that it was already paid for. He (Francisco Martinez) called his company to get a quote.The installers Company (fpn services) called me with a completely different quote for a pantry.I asked The installer for his company information/card. I went inside to grab a pen and he got in his truck and took off.Scammers

We purchase most of our carpet through Home Depot for our construction projects. Floor Pro Network as been the installer each time. Our experience through multiple projects has been excellent. From scheduling through quality installations and even a rare warranty issue they have been outstanding!!! Highly recommended!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!S C A M A L E R T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These con artists showed up and claim the tile purchased from............ HOME DEPOT was warped. Porcelain tile that warped. This is the exact same tile was installed in other areas. They also claimed it was the wrong tile. We still have spare tile from the last job to compare. They refused to demo or lift a finger and left. Here are the "Pros" sitting on the curb waiting for the con man at the office to proceed. This was after they sent the "special" crew to complete the job. The reason for the strike. They claim paint on existing concrete is an extra $1000.00 dollars of prep. Keep in mind they did another part of the house with the same condition a few years ago without the extortion. Something has changed they have a new change order king at their office who's only purpose is to milk the job for whatever it's worth.

I was very disappointed by the installation services provided by Floor Pro Network. I wish I had researched the other feedback about that Home Depot contractor because I now see lots of other complaints about them. They provided shoddy workmanship with one especially visible mistake and then refused to address the problem at the time of installation (when it still could be fixed) or when I complained later. I would definitely join the many other complaints I see. That was an expensive and frustrating experience. I will now have hire another installer to come fix the problem at still more expense. Beware the words, "free installation" because you get what you pay for.

Terrible flooring installation experience! The entire house was covered in sawdust, oil stains on furniture and porch that they are not able to remove. Furniture damaged, walls dented etc. Workers barely spoke any English and never showed up when they were supposed to. Company tries to send people out to get things fixed but not in a professional manner....so nothing is getting done and our time is wasted! NEVER again!!!

Total SCAM. Do NOT USE! Do not use Home Depot installation services, either, if they use this company. We're not going to give them any more of our money. FPN (out of Buda) came out to install today, after laminate had acclimated for 48+ hours. They refused to install because the A/C was not on (though this is not in the manufacturer's instructions nor was it told to us at delivery or at any stage of the planning/order). I called Pergo's help line for installation and they said that is absolutely not true that the AC must be on, and we verified the temperature at the job site was within the 60-85 degrees necessary). AND FPN wants US to pay an extra $100. The installer let slip that he thought this was a two day job and that he already had a job scheduled for tomorrow, so I have a feeling they were trying to make some extra money and get out of doing the job today. The lying is unacceptable, though. Each person I spoke to at the main office gave a different answer about the technical specs of the installation requirement, showing they either do not know what they are talking about or they are trying to cover up their mistake. Why I have to pay for it, I do not know. This is a money making scam. Seriously unethical company. Do Not Use.

This company is a joke 5 visits in 3 months and they still can't get things right. Not one of the installers even spoke English.
