Thank you Dr Campbell and staff !!! It was a great experience considering I cracked my tooth on Saturday afternoon of July 4th weekend. They answered my call and I was receiving treatment in a couple hours. Truly saved me. The facility is up to date, the staff is very friendly and accomodating, and Dr Campbell is a skilled dentist. He provided me with clear options on how to move forward with implant and bridge cost options. I’ll be coming here from now on. Its also very convenient for busy professionals who can’t miss work. Thanks guys !!!! C ya soon for the wisdom tooth extraction 🙏

Jerry the pharmacist at BudaTX CVS is incredible. He explained things thoroughly and was so helpful. He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend CVS Buda.

Low photo quality, unfriendly cashier. Most products don’t have price tag. No staff around to ask about anything. I am surprised CVS quality has gone downhill. It’s a Saturday too. I would never go back to this location or any cvs. Walgreens is better.

Do not use as a UPS access point unless you do not care about your package. Majority of cashiers will not scan packages when dropped off and instead ask you to put it on the side regardless how busy it is. Packages will not move to UPS hands for 3 days+. Store manager confirmed your better off using a real UPS store instead of them. Use at your own risk.

I just wanted to say that I have been here twice in two weeks and both times the same pharmacist male light hair and beard was so unhelpful and blatantly rude. If you don't like your job, quit and stop torturing us. All the reviews are the same...stay far away from here Walgreens isn't that far away, so I'll will be taking my business there..whoever runs this store needs to pay some attention you have 2.3 stars...shame on you...

This location is bustling! The shelves and holiday extras are full for shopping - and tagged to help you save at the same time. There is plenty of staff here ~ and they are friendly and eager to help!

I have been getting my meds here for a very long time and all the staff at this pharmacy are terrific. The bad posts here are from unemphatic "I want what I want, and I want it now" people. Can you imagine processing HUNDREDS of prescriptions daily for hundreds of people who all: want their prescriptions now, want insurance verified now, want instructions now, and all at the same time. Wow people, cut them a break. If you bother to ask them how they are doing you would find out the staff are very caring people doing the best they can with the time and resources they have. And oh, gosh forbid they have to take a lunch break to consume calories to continue to serve customers throughout the day.

Very unprofessional. Went into to pick up my prescription and I told the pharmacy manager….the one at the register if he could double check my insurance as I just recently switched and he tells me that “ well it’s probably going to take a while and we’re about to go on lunch….”. The way that i was like oh my gosh no way he just said that, what a joke honestly. As a manager how are you so unprofessional to tell that to a customer. i just needed confirmation and instead of having an ounce of any kind of customer service he lets me know he’s going on lunch and I need to come back. I’m not going to come back if I’m already there and my prescription is ready …. I just needed a simple confirmation of my insurance to make sure I am paying the correct price. I just told him I’ll go ahead and get out of his way and let him have his lunch time since I was such a burden. I paid for my prescription and left because my prescription isn’t something I can wait for him to have lunch time first and then I come back.

This pharmacy has consistently proven to be the most unsatisfactory establishment I have ever encountered. Their utter lack of customer service is appalling, epitomized by their default response of 'I don't know' to every query. Despite repeated promises to follow up or call back, such commitments are never honored. Moreover, the pharmacy is perpetually plagued by disruptions, whether it's a remodel or some malfunctioning equipment. This constant state of disarray makes it a constant battle to obtain the necessary medications.
Despite repeated attempts to communicate these issues to management, our concerns have fallen on deaf ears. It is evident that this pharmacy has no regard for its customers' well-being or satisfaction. Their incompetence and indifference have left us feeling frustrated, helpless, and deeply disappointed. The lack of basic customer service and the persistent operational challenges make this pharmacy an absolute nightmare to deal with.

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone, which has made it impossible to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. The pharmacist at Walmart spent several hours over multiple attempted calls and could not get through. I had to go in person to request a prescription transfer which they assured me they will take care of it, and they did nothing. I made a second request in person the next day and I am still waiting. I have never seen anything worse than this. They are either completely incompetent or don't care.

Use to love this CVS location and drove from San Marcos to pick up medications from here but I will no longer go here due to the absolutely rude pharmacist that works there. He apparently decided that customers using goodrx to save 5$ is not worth his time and effort and denies any customer using coupons. I called goodrx and they are binded by contract to take goodrx no matter how "backed up" they are or the amount that is discounted. Spoke with a manager and hopefully consequences were taken.
