I had an appointment at the minute clinic here and the nurse was actually so rude. She made rude comments about me having long fake nails, acted like I was inconveniencing her just because she had to do her job (?) and when I asked if I could gargle with salt water (I was going bc I a sore throat) she acted like it was an outlandish request and asked me condescendingly if I "had salt at home". Honestly just such a rude lady to be in the healthcare field and a bad experience when you want to feel cared for.

Literally my worst experience at CVS. I can't believe I switched from Walgreens for this!I wish I could leave a negative 5 stars. I just got off the phone with a person in the pharmacy who rudely rushed me off the phone stating that they closed in 3 minutes. I called at 5:50 because I was told @3:45 that my prescription would be done in 2 hours. She said "I will have to re process the prescription because the first time it didn't go through" how was I supposed to know that? No one called me back telling me that. She then proceeded to ask me for the name of the person I spoke with. I said mam I don't even know your name, she said my name is sherry or Sherryl. I said yall never tell peoples y'all's name when yall answer the phone just "CVS pharmacy how can I help you" she then told me I should've asked the person for their name. What kind of customer service is that like I'm supposed to automatically assume yall about to not fill my order. If this lady doesn't like her job it sounds like she needs to find another one or leave her funky attitude at her house. I see why this store only has 2 stars it's ridiculous. Then I ask her is there a way I could pay for it over the phone and they leave it with the person at the register because I need this so I can sleep properly, she then stated the pharmacy is closed so if you not going to pick it up in 3 minutes I'm going to hang up. Very very very poor customer service. It is not a good look for business I wouldn't have her at my business.Sherry shwarts is her name I believe.

I have struggled to put this in writing, as a vast majority of the techs who work in the pharmacy are solid to spectacular.That said, without a doubt, Joanne is the single biggest issue with this place. She is the pharmacist, and every interaction I have had with her in the past 8-9 months has been strained, at best, and downright painful in most situations.It does not matter if it is over the phone, or in-person. Every time she comes off as bothered that she has to interact with another human being in a way that is not autocratic or telling them to rearrange a shelf behind the counter.She is rude, and also cannot seem to work the technology. Every time I talk to her, she cannot figure something out and wants me to either find some other way, or tells me that I will have to pay full price and then figure out the reimbursement afterwards.Meanwhile, I go in and talk to a tech, and they politely take the coupon, type in a few words in the computer, and it is solved. Why is it so hard for the person who is supposed to be in charge of the place?Even something as simple as a change in insurance card information seems to baffle her. She asked for a number that was not even needed, and I was able to sort it in 15 seconds with a tech later that day.We are done with them as a pharmacy as long as she is there. I feel for the techs who have to work for her. We switched to the HEB in Buda and techs and pharmacists alike are all kind and patient, and if they don't know something they find a person there to help.

Horrible customer service, they don't follow doctors orders, and you have to hold their hand over and over to get a script filled. I will be going back to HEB Pharmacy.

Truly if it wasn't right around the corner I would highly recommend choosing any other pharmacy. This place has consistently been five star Awful customer service.The last time I had prescriptions filled. I picked them up.. then was called by the pharmacist. She notified me that she had made a mistake and given me to much of my medication... 60 apparently is the amount of med she thought she had givin to me. I checked and told her no, that I only received the usual 30.I was then accused of lying and that they would have to check the cameras... if I was caught then it would be put into my profile and I would no longer be able to get scripts at a CVS.The fuck? This is HER FUCKING MISTAKE!The hell is wrong with these people! That bitch should be fired!

Staff is very polite, but they are understaffed. Drive through can take over 20 minutes / do not understand why they cannot move the first car up if the prescription isn't ready for that person. Nobody in the pharmacy during their lunch break. They run out of stock on things like my insulin that I refill every month. It is an automatic refill, so why is it a surprise to them every month that I need it? It's a very typical CVS.

When they first opened the service was not very good so I switched back to Walgreens. I gave them another try and things were good for a while but now they are starting to digress. The regular CVS employees are great and greet me by name. They are the best. The pharmacy employees, not so much. The main pharmacist is not very personable. Many times I have walked up to the counter and she'll be at her work area. She never acknowledges me. She seems like a very unhappy person, not personable at all. I have actually stood at the counter for 5+ minutes without being acknowledged. I understand if they are busy and need me to wait but they should have the courtesy to greet me. The other pharmacist does greet me and let me know they will be with me as soon as possible. The cherry on top happened the other day when I had a prescription delivered. They left it at my front door and never rang the bell or notified me. My prescription was blown down the street by the wind. Fortunately some found it and brought it to me. If some kids would have gotten ahold of that medicine it could have hurt or even killed them. Needless to say I'm switching back to Walgreens as I have never had a bad experience with them. The pharmacy manger is committing larceny every time she gets paid because she's not doing her job. You know it's bad when people that work at CVS use the Walgreens pharmacy. I am happy that the are able to close from 1:30 to 2, I guess they need a break from not helping customers. Ignoring folks can be taxing

They made my 85 year old mother wait for 25 minutes for her Covid booster and they were not busy and she had an appointment. Very rude too. Won't be back to CVS.

This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am on a type of Med that I must have every day. CVS called to let me know they were out of it and if I needed more I should call other Cvs pharmacies to see if they could fill my prescription.When I called other Cvs pharmacists they took my number and said they would call me back if they could fill the order. Guess what, they never called me back.No problem, I called HEB pharmacy and they took care of me immediately. Do yourself a huge solid , never set foot in any CVS pharmacy.

Made an appointment one week ago for a Covid test.. I arrived a little over 15 minutes early walked inside and was told to go through the drive-through. So I did. When I got in line there were six cars in front of me... There are still two cars in front of me and it's already been 40 minutes, my appointment was for 12:30 it's already almost 1:10 and I haven't even been seen. They also refused to let me take the test when I went back inside and told me too bad it's policy... I hope you see this before you make your COVID test apt

Let me start by saying that my horrible experience with this one pharmacy does not mean that All CVS pharmacies are this bad. This CVS pharmacy is Buda places little value on customer service and just being helpful. I had been a customer for 11 years at the Buda Walmart pharmacy and came to love all their staff and the kindness and respect that showed their customers. CVS pharmacy in Buda needs to take that model and do better!!!Your service sucks!
