I bought an RV from here 1 year ago, my AC went out as well as a door hinge weld that broke and it took a month to schedule an appointment! Finally got it in, mind you that I live in this RV, it’s been almost 3 weeks and is still in there. AC was approved, after 3 weeks of being there, to be fixed but will take an additional 5-6 weeks to get the door replaced, which still isn’t approved. All of this is under warranty, but has been hard to get a straight answer on a timeline for the last few weeks. I hope nobody else living in their RV has to go through this!

We've been married over 50 yrs and owned more than 20 RVs, and we have never had an RV-buying experience like we had at Crestview in Buda; it was great. We started our RV search online, then called Crestview, asked for any salesperson, and were lucky to get Sara. She was absolutely wonderful; so nice, accommodating, and gave really quick replies when we texted. Crestview has it's own RV park right there on the property, so they don't just give you a walk-thru and send you home; they invite you to stay overnight to use your RV. We were told to just bring our trade with everything in it, and they parked the two units door-to-door; that made it so easy to move our things from one unit to the other. And if you need more time, you can stay another night! Our walk-thru was over-the-top; not only did Juan show us the features, he took the time to explain everything and always asked if we had any more questions or needed anything.
Crestview is dog-friendly and their location is great; right next to Cabela's and less than a mile from Walmart and HEB. We love our new trailer; we got a great price; but the service and hospitality is what impressed us the most. We would recommend Crestview to anyone looking for an RV!

I really want to thank both Mark and Gary in the Parts Department. I needed to replace my dead 21 year old Dometic fridge with a new Norcold. Both Mark and Gary were very patient with my million questions each time I called as I tried to make sure the Norcold would fit. It did! When my RV tech opened the box and found the fan on the back was broken, he called Crestview directly and I had a new fan the next day at no extra charge. Great service! Thanks guys!

We had just purchased and picked up our new rv trailer last week. Everyone was great!
Sunday I left home for Tennessee and when I arrived my slide outs would not function. So I called the service department for help. Monday’s are always the best! Haha. The service manager Steve started troubleshooting with me over the phone. Long story short we did not get very far to remedy the problem. Steve found a local RV mechanic that makes house calls. Ralph with Ralph’s Mobile RV repair showed up within the hour. Found it to be a relay problem and fixed it. So A+++++ for Steve and Crestview RV for getting me through the pinch.
Thank You,
Keith F.

I would not buy a rv from here again I have nothing but problems since day one they won't do nothing about it. They say warranty should cover it and it does with a 100 dollar deductible plus paying the payments. It was a brand new rv and I have had nothing but problems. I'll never go there again. Still don't even have the right paperwork cause their employees don't do their job and send to us like they say they will and still never get it.

They do not stand behind their service work. They replaced our rear end cap which later dropped and was being held into place by resting on the rear hitch. This caused buckling on the sides where it meets the end cap, interior damage to the cabinets at the back of the unit, and twisting at the rear roof line. Crestview would not acknowledge it was their poor workmanship and tried to blame it on us, suggesting we hit something, or a large rock hit our RV. We took it to another dealer who diagnosed the problem. It cost us nearly $3000 to have the end cap lifted and reset. In addition, Crestview damaged our flooring, broke wall trim, and ripped cabinet veneer.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Greg Ponz at Crestview during our journey to purchase an RV, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Over the course of three months, as we awaited the sale of our house, Greg provided unwavering support and exceptional service.
From the very beginning, Greg's deep knowledge of RVs and keen understanding of our needs were evident. He offered insightful recommendations and guided us through the many options available, ensuring we found the perfect RV that aligned with our goals and lifestyle. His patience and dedication were truly remarkable as we navigated this significant decision.
Greg's expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference. He consistently went above and beyond, always ready to answer our questions and provide valuable advice. Thanks to Greg, we are now proud owners of an RV that perfectly suits our plans to live full-time on the road for the next year.
We highly recommend Greg at Crestview to anyone in search of an RV. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his customers set him apart. Thank you, Greg, for making our RV dreams come true!

We just bought our first RV from Crestview! Our past experience with buying things from dealerships have not been the best, but the guys at Crestview changed our experience, in the best way! Paul was our salesman, and got us in something we didn't expect to be able to leave with. Luckitt helped us with our financing he's a very friendly guy and you can tell he actually cares about the customer, and last but definitely not least Joshua was our service tech who walked us throu how to operate and troubleshoot our new toy! He went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident before we left the lot, he was a very down to earth guy, u can tell he genuinely cared about our family's safety. Crestview feels like a dealership u can actually call, and it feels like they want to help u find solutions. Would recommend 100%

Crestview RV in Buda was very helpful while we looked at a Jayco Seneca Super C motor coach.
Shawn Vietra was very good in answering questions and letting us test drive it. We did not purchase the coach but have not ruled out looking at other RV units at this location. Thanks guys for all your help.

My husband and I went today to go browse around at different models and Floorplan for the first time today. This was our first stop, and our first time ever stepping into a single RV, and we had a great experience! We got to look at about 10 models. We are preparing for when our boys graduate and hubbs and I hit the road to travel full time! Thanks for showing us around!

I recently took my travel trailer to Crestview RV in Buda for warranty work on the AC unit. The staff quickly concluded that the issue was a mere adjustment of the divider. However, after waiting for the supposed fix, I noticed the AC was still malfunctioning, with the condenser short cycling. When I informed the service team, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting they had checked everything and now faced additional paperwork to involve GE.
Feeling frustrated and treated as if my concerns were baseless, I decided to take my trailer home without a resolution from Crestview. I then hired a mobile RV technician, who identified the real issue within minutes—the AC freeze sensor was disconnected. Once reconnected, my AC worked perfectly.
I am disappointed with the service received at Crestview RV. Not only did they fail to diagnose the problem correctly, but their handling of the situation made me feel dismissed and burdensome. This experience has undermined my trust in their service capabilities and customer care. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

Just purchased a new Grand Design Reflection at Crestview Buda.
Paul Mac Lean put up with us, asking a ton of questions while always maintaining his professionalism. Shannon in finance will work hard to get your needs addressed.
Did find some very minor issues which they took care in minutes.
I'm very pleased and recommend Crestview Buda for your next RV. Just ask for Paul.

New RV owner here. If you are buying an RV or Travel Trailer, this is a great place to come. Especially if you are a first time buyer then I highly recommend going here. Great prices and great people. Our entire experience has been amazing. JK was our salesman and Bobby was our walk through guy. They have their own campground for you to spend time with your camper and learn everything about it. Everyone there’s was friendly and helpful.
