While the initial sales process was good, the service department at this dealership is severely lacking.
There is no communication or follow up between the service dept. and the customer when the rv is being diagnosed, parts status or appt. for repairs even though you are told they will get back to you. Essentially, unless you follow up, nothing happens to move the repairs along.
Consignment process does not go according to how they explain it to you. There was no communication when the rv had received an offer on it, when the outstanding loan had been paid off or when the proceeds check was expected to be delivered.
Contract stated that within 14 days of the date of sale, give consignor written notice of the sale. This never happened.
Customer had to follow up continuously during the entire process.
I would not recommend this dealership.

Blue compass RV did a top-notch repair on our RPOD. Helped us with critical insurance claim appeal, and then repaired the roof, restoring it to factory standards-on time and within budget- the staff there are very experienced - Jose Gonzalez, coordinator and Miguel, technician really made it happen like pros do! I want them on my team!!

Mike Sentell showed us around and was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with getting us more familiar with our new purchase. I highly recommend blue compass rv and Mike. No other dealership around could be as wonderful as working with and buying from Blue Compass RV. Don't even waste your time trying to shop at any other rv dealer because blue compass RV has over 100 locations and can get you any RV that you are interested in buying. 100% Recommend!! ???
