I had my 1st appointment with Cherry today and she was fabulous. She did lowlights on my hair and blended my roots. She is super friendly and knows her stuff. Excellent work and I was very happy with my hair!

I’ve always been the person to just go to great clips but a haircut. I found this place off of recommendation for my friend and I absolutely loved it. Not only was Cherry able to help me find a style that I really loved and suited me, but she was also patient, friendly, and social.

Very unprofessional! The owner of this place did my hair and she didnt even do the one that i wanted. I was pressured by her to say nice things infront of the people. I texted her that this is not what i wanted and she is like you said you liked it. Then she never texted back. Very disappointing

Very poor service I wouldnt recommend going there they are very rude people they over price and you don’t get what you want ! By far the worst hair salon I’ve been too they over price you and they don’t give you what you asked for you’ll get something totally different, over priced me with $135 I paid $250 when whatever she did was supposed to be $115 I was not able to get my money back or a refund by far the worst serious ever ! Very unprofessional she finished my hair in less then a full hour the sides of my hair was not done , cherry said I paid 250 because I got a hair cut that hair cut was not even she didn’t even actually take time to cut my hair I don’t recommend going there unless you want to get scammed very bad business selfish people doesn’t care about their customers. Cherry over priced me for something she did not do , half of my hair was not done and I paid 250 for a money piece which is what she did and that was supposed to be 115 , I was not aware of some of my hair not being done . Then when I told her about it she was being extremely rude , did not want to give me a refund! I was very unhappy with my hair at the end because after a wash my changed colors and I used the shampoo I brought from her. She also says I paid 250 because she cut my hair my hair wasn’t even at all she just chopped it off really quick and she said because she gave me a tone which she didn’t mention to me which I was there . Very poor service they are not personal at all .

By far the worst salon ever , I won’t be going back ever they are very rude and you don’t get what you asked for they do something completely different . They overpriced me on some thing they did not do , Cherry said it’s because She gave me a hair cut i’m sure a haircut does not cost $135 I did not get what I asked for which was a full balayage instead I got a money piece! They did not want to give me a refund when I texted them it was within a month ! My hair color started fading away after 1 wash . She was trying to get smart with me staying people only wash their hair once a week. No typical people wash their hair twice a week ! They are not professional sucks at their job ! Bad business I don’t recommend going there unless you want to pay for something you won’t get

They have very bad service and they don’t do what you asked for left my daughter was a very unhappy customer she did not get what She asked for and She got scammed She paid way more than She should’ve paid ! Very bad business She don’t recommend going there they are very poor service by far the worst salon She have ever been to they were not willing to give her a refund or give her money back She paid 135 more dollars than She should’ve paid . They were being very rude and didn’t want to give her mmoney . Cherry claim She paid 135 more dollars because She got a haircut which her haircut was not even it was very uneven it took her about a minute to cut her hair . When She left the salon after two days I realized half of my hair was not done and She paid 250

I went in for a full balayage instead I got money piece I paid the price of a full balayage , she claimed it was because I got a hair cut , my hair cut was not even and it took her about 1 min to cut my hair ! My hair color changed color after 1 wash & I used the shampoo I brought from her . She did not want to give me my money back or give me a refund.

I was so nervous switching to a hair stylist in TX after having the same one in Louisville for almost 17 years! But I loved Cherry Hernandez who was recommended by a couple of my neighbors!! Highly recommend!
