The store was closed even though store hours is until 8pm. The sign on the door says "We will be right back" but we waited for 20 minutes and no one came back so we left.

Trinity is the rudest and most unhelpful customer service representative I have encountered. Definitely taking my business elsewhere been with this company over 15yrs and never experienced such!!!!

Switched cell phone from another carrier to AT&T at the local store. Ray be helped me and spent extra time helping me to get things transferred and my phone set up. She was very patient and considerate to me and this made the process for this man in his seventies who is not particularly tech savvy at ease. A tip of the hat to her and a big thank you to her!

Trinity and Rae, were rudest ever. Kyle folks very helpful so took chance on ATT store in my own town worse mistake ever. Attitude from when we walked in the store. SMH just do not understand why customer service went to hell. "Read the bold letters on the door"

Jesse and Rayne were an AMAZING help in taking care of my phone/insurance claim. Would highly recommend stopping in the store for any of your needs.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy a iPhone case and a screen protector. I walked out after I was told the wait time is 30 minutes. As I stood there looking for the phone I wanted, I wasn’t greeted and had to make direct eye contact to be told it will be 30 minutes to checkout. He was sitting down with a customer talking about joining the police academy and how long the process takes. The ATT employee was more interested talking about his next career move instead of helping me paying for items I wanted. I’m sure he wanted me to leave to have more time gathering information, so I walked out, drone to Kyle and was helped in less than 5 minutes and checked out less than 10 minutes. Do better ATT Buda.

Awful service! I was having trouble activating my new device online so I dropped into this store for assistance. Upon walking in I was greeted by the store "manager" who seemed to be texting and continued to play on his phone throughout my entire interaction. I explained the situation to him and his response was "If you can't figure out how to activate it online I'm going to have to charge you $5.00 for a new SIM card." He didn't offer to help at all and seemed annoyed that I was having trouble even though I showed him the alert I was getting on the website. I shouldn't have to pay an additional $5.00 for a new SIM if the BRAND NEW SIM card that was shipped to me with my device is defective/unable to be activated. Makes no sense! But the manger was basically like if you want my help you'll pay the $5.00 if not figure it out online..... FYI Me and my family have already been contimplating moving to another provider Verizon/T-mobile etc.. So this interaction with a "manager" will be taken into account when I'm shopping around for other plans...

I walked out, i had to wait 10 minutes for the safe to open, so the sales person could see if they had the phone I wanted. Then I was told had to wait another 20 minutes for the safe to open to actually get the phone. I understand they need security but that is ridiculous. Dont waste my time.

AT&T customer service is beyond horrible. Keep trying to get tech support, wait for over an hour, and AT&T hangs up on me every single time. 5 times on a row. Been trying to reach AT&T all day. I'm switching to Spectrum and never going back. Suggest you find other service provider. Anyone other than AT&T.

I had some trouble with my bill. It wasn’t my fault. It was a mistake that they store made. I was worried abt it being fixed but the store manager was so helpful and professional. I never leave reviews. Never! Jesse did a great job and I’ll always remember that there are places that treat customers right and Jesse is leading the charge in Buda at This location.

I have never walked in and walked out so fast. Jesse was very, very rude. Ready to spend over a $1000 on a phone and taking business to Best Buy. Garbage, rude service.

Worst At\u0026t I have ever been too. The manager was too busy yelling at an employee very loudly in the back room to take care of me. I have never seen such disgusting behavior. He was treating his employee in a very disrespectful manner, I thought I had confused myself and walked into a Drill SGTS office.
