“I am a 3rd party delivery service driver who had a package delivered to the property on a Saturday. I was having trouble contacting the customer. I came in through the leasing office not expecting it to be open, Geovana Navarro was gladly able to assist me to the right direction. After I completed my delivery, Geovana personally allowed me to use the restroom (that’s usually closed on weekends) after a long busy morning. I appreciate the generosity that Geovana shown me. Overall she is an amazing employee and the property looks amazing.”
“The community is very nice, clean, maintenance problems are resolved immediately, Miss Viridiana Ybarra is very kind, pleasant and a very good manager of any situation that arises for the residents.”
“I moved in a month ago to Cortland Onion Creek. Grace Withers helped me through my move in process. She still helps me now that I have moved in with any questions I have, even questions that do not pertain to the community. If she doesn’t know the answer, she is willing to find out. Grace and Brian helped me find an auto service center and I was able to get my car repaired. Renee has also been kind and helpful when I have talked to her, thank you.
Alfonso and Raul have been awesome with the work request I have submitted. In addition, they do a great job maintaining the property. I appreciate everything they do.

“Great amenities. Shoutout to everyone in the leasing office: Alejandra, Lisandra, and Savannah for making the move in process so smooth and helping out wherever possible.
Update: Editing this review after a few months of living here. The leasing office is simply superb in attending to the residents and helping out however they can. All of them are owed credit: Amanda, Emilia, Savannah and Zach. Maverick, the on-premise man who fixes problems, is somewhat of a local legend.
I feel the only challenge is that the pool is sometimes unavailable but otherwise I am absolutely satisfied with my experience here. Keep up the great work y’all!
Update 8 months in: Super responsive leasing office led by Regina who make it very easy to put in a request and have that met asap without having to follow up. Really raises expectations!”

“Friendly, attentive staff. Comfortable waiting area. Common areas were very clean. Very clean apartment upon move in! I just love the granite countertops, the ceiling fan/lights in the bedrooms and living room, the ADA toilet, and the flooring! Top notch! Very attentive/professional manager.”
“Mr Macias was so nice to take the time to talk to me over the phone and see if it was even possible to fix my tv. We’re going to try his idea to see if it works. It may not be fixable but so nice to have someone be so courteous and try to help before even getting paid. Highly recommend!”

“We searched and searched for a couple weeks for the perfect community for my grandmother and mom to find an apartment that felt like home. We came across 3700 dacy lane. We were helped by Jennifer, she was amazing! So helpful. Kept us updated with every step of the way. We couldn’t be more glad to have had someone like her help us find a place to live! I recommend this place 100%. If you do ask for Jennifer! She will make it 10x better!!!”
“Lived there for 2 years and here is my honest review of the place.
Amenities - pretty solid (other than the gym kinda bad)
Staff - no complaints there, they were always helpful and considerate
The actual apartments - kinda mid ngl
Maintenance - for the most part fast but sometimes not so fast but that’s pretty normal
Location - quite enjoyed the area very close to everything you need

“I toured this property a few months ago. The property is very pretty and has some nice amenities. The pool is very nice as well as the dog parks and community spaces. The staff, Amber & Nikki were really helpful! I didn't end up moving to the area, but would've rented an apartment there if I did.”

“I loved these apartments, the girls' service was very good, you call and it takes them a day or two to come, but they come and repair everything quickly, I highly recommend them, unfortunately there was no 1 bedroom available That's why I didn't continue renting with them. But I highly recommend them ✨”
“I have lived at Grace Woods Apartments for over 2 and half years and I enjoyed my stay. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. The team is absolutely fantastic. Zack and Louisa have always been responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and any concerns are addressed right away.”
