I drove from Austin to get a better quality part that was just a few dollars more then the cheap stuff sold here. Service was excellent. They often times have OEM parts for my Ford

Needed a new serpintine belt. Was in-and-out in less than 5 minutes. This was my 3rd stop today. Two other parts stores were unable to help me with this belt size.In 5 minutes at A-line, he examined my belt for numbers, measured my belt, went to the back got a new belt, asked me if there was anything else, and charged me. Friendly and efficient.

Haven't been there in years..Robert bobby..their ace mechanic has cost me thousands of dollars..and fix nothing..I had to throw away 2 riding lawn mowers..I took a good John deer tractor in for belt problems..when I took it home it smoked like a freight train..it's never smoked before..you know the rest of the story..does no good to call because their manager is going to back him to the gills..if Robert..bobby..still works there.warning

Dropped off a Craftsman lawnmower for a tune up.$50 deposit plus tax for labor. Picked up a week later and charged $134.00. Additional $95.00 for labor. We are talking $190.00 for a tuneup on a $375 lawnmower. Ridiculous!! Didn’t even put a new blade on it. Rip off!!! Taking advantage of people. Will not recommend.
