I don't even know where to begin. My husband and I went in to the store to get pizza for our kids (thank god they were in the car) the gentleman at the cash register had confirmed that there was a cheese pizza available for us to purchase. while we were waiting for our pizza to be made we decided to get some fountain drinks, unfortunately there was a sign on the soda machine stating if we wanted ice we would have to ask the cashier. since there was two people there one was making the pizzas and the other one was by the registers we asked the lady making the pizzas hey do we ask you for ICE or the guy at the register. she had an attitude with me asking that question and she says "you could ask either one of us but if we're busy we're not gonna get it for you, It's in the back and we're only two people we can't be in two places at once" I said "that's fine I don't mind waiting."she then proceeded to ask my husband "are you mad"my husband then said "I'm not mad but I don't understand why you're giving an attitude to my wife" She then proceeded to say "you know what fuck you fuck this you're not getting your ice"Then through the cups at us And then proceeded to tell us that we could take it up with the store manager.She then proceeded to mimic my husband by making faces. When I tell you the amount of holdback I had to personally do in order to not get the three or four cans of drinks that were in front of me and not throw them at this lady's face took me everything. Mainly because I had kids and won't let them see me go to jail.She tested me beyond belief and I still left with dignity and grace where as this lady absolutely embarrassed herself. The gentleman Colin was very sweet and understanding and seemed very taken aback about what was happening Giving the fact the employee was SCREAMING AND CURSING. She was still yelling and cursing as we were walking out. Her name was Lena. Never in my life have I experienced something like this. I'm so ashamed of seven elevens. people like this should not be working in customer service at all.

I had such an amazing experience here, especially b/c I had initially gone in feeling distressed from needed to use the restroom b/c of drinking soooo much water. I was even surprised their restroom was very decent and this is coming from a -a-phob. I then decided to buy something and I was very impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Lance. He was so personable and sweet, along with being funny. He was truly a breathe of fresh air. He rocks!

If I had a nickel for every time I walked there only to find out their Diet Coke on the fountain was malfunctioning in the year and a half they've been open... I'd be able to afford another Diet Coke! (But I still wouldn't be able to get one anywhere in this town because this is literally the only place open all night!!!)

Fantastic Store!! Employees are great and friendly. This particular 7/11 looks like a freaking Supercenter! Huge ceilings, Smells great! Clean! Energetic background music. I felt like I was walking into a Walmart for a second!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I just wish the “7/11 Headquarters” would send their technicians to this location so that their “Apple Pay” customers could have the all around experience! Greatness is already in this place! Let’s add some more greatness with card less capabilities.

Store is clean, well stocked and friendly. My poor rating is due to the frozen beer I had 2 weeks ago and the frozen beer I have again today. Boo!!

Love the technology they have in place but they had no hot food, half the sodas were out and only 2 slurpy options ready to be used. Also missing a lot of cups.
