I wanna throw a big shout out to the team at quick brakes especially Will one of the maintenance techs. This young man took extra time after work to come by my house and help me diagnose a problem that helped me get my vehicle into the shop for repairs after being non operational. Due to his willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty I was able to make repairs and get my wife and I to Chicago ,Illinois to watch our daughter graduate Navy Bootcamp.

I have been there a couple times. The problem is he has such young mechanics that don't know how to use some of the new machines. I spent 3 hours yesterday trying to get in alignment in and out down the road in and out down the road starting my diesel up shutting it off starting it up shutting it off numerous times really was irritating and I still have to take the truck somewhere else because they couldn't get it straight

These people are completely incompetent. First, they quoted me WAY over the cost of labor...knowing that, I still went forward with the repairs, until they continued trying to get more and more out of me through lies and deceit. I kept countering with LOGIC and common sense (something they clearly lack), until I finally had to leave because they were such jokes. Real men don't have to scam people to make a living. Their work speaks for itself. Not only did they misdiagnose what was actually needed, but the blond guy threw a minor tantrum when I asked for my keys. It was truly embarrassing to watch grown men stammer through trying to scam a female obviously smarter than them. Misdiagnosing and overcharging can mean only one of two things: Incompetence/stupidity or scamming. So which is it guys? You choose.

All I can say is WOW! Todd and his staff are absolutely amazing. We just bought our first RV and had a pretty hard dismount at our camp site. We had a metal on metal noise on our back wheel and thought for sure we were toast. We called around and EVERYBODY in the area said take it to Todd. Sure enough he found the issue, repaired it, and took the time to educate us as he worked on it. That’s so rare these days and is beyond priceless. I wish there were more than 5 stars. FYI I know you are reading this because it’s so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. Look no further.
