I've been going here for over 6 years. Yes prices have increased, continued because they would fit me in on short notice if I needed, and my fingernails are naturally thin and she always was careful.This last visit about three weeks ago was The Last visit. The same person always did my pedi, this time she kept cutting the cuticle on my toe, so much so that she made me bleed.She wiped the blood off and put something I thought was alcohol on it and went on with my polish.(Turned out to be glue.) I didn't see any more blood. a week later that toe was hurting, I touched the toe, polish fell off and my toe nail and cuticle were gone. Nasty puss and pain, I went to the doctor and had to get on antibiotics for the infection. I will never again darken that doorstep.

They charged too much, after they said it was going to be cheaper for 2 stickers added on my daughter's nails. The nails didn't last at all, it came out ok not real good for that price I paid.
Requested style: The basic color and style should of been better for $50 for a kid.

Chairs are old, torn and uncomfortable. Their prices are definitely way too high for the service they provide. The pedicure isn’t a full pedicure even leveling up they don’t massage your feet. Nails lifted same day and had to tell them to fix it. They definitely are charging customers to build their new shop and it’s OBVIOUS! Their communication is poor. I asked what price was for short nails as I have to have short nails to type and In the end the price was for medium set, I told them I requested short and she said she did medium. I didn’t want to argue since I was there with my coworker and it was already late. They used very little product, my nails had no apex meaning they will break and definitely weren’t medium length as I would have asked to go shorter. Overall just go elsewhere! Private mail techs are leading the industry and this is EXACTLY why!

Worst place for someone to get their nails done she was not satisfied with the service that was done really bad attitude and if y'all ever come to this place would not recommend people coming here sorry to say for women to get their nails done

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service not received due to staff changing the amount three times for a fill-in. It went from $40 to $60, then finally, the price grew to $80. When I attempted to gain understanding the female Mgr. became irritated. So, no further commotion would result, I left.
Another lady who was getting her nails ? done overheard the conversation and advised me to go to Rose's. I got fill in, brows and lashes done for $55.
I couldn't add other services because the nails would have been so expensive ?. Maybe it was a language barrier... I don't know ??

I have searched everywhere for a great Nail salon here and They are AMAZING!! She made sure they looked natrual and the quality is outstanding. Very happy each time I've been.

They were on the phone the whole time, didn't say excuse me or I will be right back. Smh. I was charged $55 for a reg pedicure shellac. I was in the chair 10-15 min after he got off the phone. The girl didn't know what to charge me, so she called the guy that left then didn't even tell me the price just swiped my card. It's not about the money but the lack of communication!

Love this place ! 100/10 if you want to get acrylic nails done for a good price and grate quality. I always get may eyebrows waxed and they always look amazing ! Recently got my nails remade by I think her name was Katie. She is an amazing nail tech, I asked her if she could fix my nails since I had gone to another salon and was not satisfied at all. She fix them and I was so amazed as how quick and how efficient she worked.
