Terrible Just terrible. And clearly speed is none priority in DT. Took me at least 30 minutes to get in the window, and once i'm in the window with just 2 deposit it took them another 20 minutes. Not even a hi and just gave me my deposit receipt back without any closing remarks.

0 stars . In my personal opinion a banker that this location employs is untrustworthy. I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with several staff members and unreliability by management. I feel that they cannot be trusted to follow through with their word and seem to be disorganized.

Why in drive theu is it not in order, like can they not underatand?! Went inside bc they help my check, id, and atm card. And guess what? Had to wait while they finish talking.... like wtf

Worst Branch in Bryan college station area, how hard is it to spell someone's name when you have their I.D.! It makes me feel valued as a customer when my credit card comes with my first name spelled wrong. Wonderful. Thank you Wells Fargo!
