Good: the app is convenient for ordering refills, and it is nice that they are open 24 hours. Bad: they fill many prescriptions in Dallas now to save pennies per fill, and it now takes three days to get a prescription that previously could be filled within a couple of hours. Very disappointing

Please do not use this Walgreens on 29th street, they are horrible and could care less if you get your medications. My daughter had a prescription called to this Walgreens from Village Food because village foods did not have it in stock. She is pregnant and was not feeling well and she set in the parking lot for 4 HOURS and checked to see if her medication was ready every 45 minutes and continued to give her the run around. They then told her that village foods did not transfer her medication, I then called village foods and they informed me that they had called it into Walgreens on 29th street 4 hours ago?. I quit using them a long time ago, they informed me my prescription would be ready at 1:30 and I went to pick it up and I was informed that they go to lunch at 1:30!! When you talk to someone in the pharmacy, they act like they don’t even know the time of day it is. So warning STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Time and again, I have issues with Walgreens and it doesn’t even matter what location it is. But today at this location on 29th St., Bryan…I waited several minutes in the drive through only to reach the window at 1:28 PM to see the tech put up the “closed for lunch 1:30-2:00 PM”sign. Ugh!! Really?!? Now, I know everyone needs a break, but they could have accepted another customer because they still had a couple minutes before 1:30. I think they also should have a rotation for their lunch schedule so they don’t have to close for lunch. But that also means that Walgreens has to be willing to hire 2 pharmacists so they can take turns on lunch. One take lunch 1:00-1:30 & the other 1:30-2:00. That’s how my health care job is; we rotate through lunch so we don’t “close”.

After reading the reviews, it totally makes sense why I had such a bad experience. All these 1 star reviews I'm seeing are for the pharmacy.I called this morning to see what the hold up was on my kiddo's prescription and there's apparently a shortage (understandable) but the pharmacist told me I would have to call around to every Walgreens to see who had it (after calling back later and speaking to a supervisor, I was told the pharmacy tech was supposed to do that herself but, instead, chose to force her job onto me). After she gave me the information that I would have to call around myself, I tried to ask her her name; she instead, hung up on me. After calling back and waiting on hold for 10 more minutes, I finally got a hold of somebody else in the pharmacy. When I tried to get her name again, the 2 individuals working were both trying to say that she was not the one that hung up on me and that I was talking to somebody at the call center. After about 2 minutes of going back and forth with this and me insisting that I did not speak to somebody at a call center, they finally admitted the female that was working at the pharmacy at that time was in fact the one that I spoke to but she denied hanging up on me. I again tried to get her name, and she flat-out refused to give it to me. It was at this time that I chose to speak to the supervisor (who was able to help me).Even though she was able to help me, I am choosing to go to another pharmacy and store from this point forward. They will be losing a lifelong Walgreens customer due to the pharmacy tech's unprofessionalism.

They never called to tell me my prescription was ready. Anytime I use this location it’s because it’s 24 hours but I usually regret sending prescriptions here.

Went to go pick up my prescription but accidentally went to this location instead of the one on Villa Maria. I pull up and tell the pharmacy tech the name of the medication. He says “I don’t see it here for you let me check”. Comes back and tells me he requested for the meds to be transferred from the other location (which was 2 minutes down the road and on my way home) WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME IF I WAS OKAY WITH THAT. Now I’m sitting in their parking lot waiting an additional 20 minutes to get my meds when I could have been home already. A complete and utter lack of consideration for the customer.

Terrible. Pharmacist is rude. They don't have a common post surgery medication in stock, even though they're the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area. My child is just discharged from the hospital after emergency surgery and now won't have the pain relief she needs because they're too incompetent to have it.

I have never been treated so rudely by a pharmacist…. I have been waiting over a week now for my adhd medication. Today I finally started experiencing withdrawals and called as the app recommends if I “need it sooner” to see what could be done. I was bluntly told, “go somewhere else we aren’t getting it we can’t help you.” Honestly I was in shock to be treated so rudely as I’ve used Walgreens for the entire 41 years of my life. When I calmly explained I can’t just simply “go somewhere else” as my insurance is only accepted limited places and this is a medication I need and am experiencing withdrawals. I was again told, “well I’ll try ordering it again today for tomorrow but it’s no guarantee. I don’t know what to tell you.” What an appalling lack of human compassion and bare minimum customer service. Not that they care, but as a life long customer I will never purchase ANYTHING from Walgreens again. So disappointing.

Monica, Cameron , dr Kimmel and lacee explained everything every well for me, they gave me options on how I would like to approach my situation and were very kind and patient with me yet worked at a great speed to get home. They are always nice here and enjoyed everyone that helped me today!

Horrible. Over an hour for 6 cars to go through the drive thru. This location needs either more employees or to just shut down. The service is terrible. It should not take 30 mins per car to pick up something that's already ready.

I literally can't with this location . Not to be rude but the lady named Kristina that was shift lead was a total b**** . Has a horrible attitude and customer service you Could read her face from a mile away and made me feel like s*** when I was in line . I felt embarrassed in front of multiple people the way she was acting and speaking to me . The lady next to her was kind enough to explain what I was doing she was super sweet I wish I had her name Kristina was also was rude to her co/worker with extreme attitude like if you don't like your job then find another one cause if you aren't a people person then get out of customer service . Especially if your shift lead you should be setting an example never in my life have I ever witnessed someone rude to me and never have I ever left a review but that honestly was the worst experience I have ever encountered . I'm sorry that you were having a shitty day but don't ruin others days

Couldn’t get my prescription after surgery they told me to pay cash price since they were closing in 15 mins. They didn’t bother to call insurance before closing to fix it and told me to wait until they opened again. I had to have someone drive me there because I can’t drive after surgery and explained that it would be an extreme inconvenience. They just told me to wait until they opened. My insurance worked at the hospital at the doctors and multiple other pharmacies. They were extremely inconsiderate and did not seem to care about my issues. I will never go to Walgreens again after this experience.
