I have had nothing but trouble with them getting my father's medicine on time and them saying he had no refills when he did. Changed to CVS I have used for years and love them. Bad reviews are all true.

The corporate folks in charge don’t care about yall. They don’t care if you get your meds or not. They don’t care if you get the right meds or not. They just care about money. If you care about your health and safety, go somewhere else. The state board of pharmacy has opened an investigation into this pharmacy for the reasons stated above.

The Walgreens Pharmacy at Villa Maria in Bryan, TX is horrible with straightforward rudeness from the employees, especially if you pull up at the drive-through pharmacy window right before they are about to close, you will get no service or politeness. This location deserves 0 stars, hope others have had a better experience; I do not use this pharmacy anymore.

I'm usually able to communicate to the staff at Walgreens pharmacy about my wife's needs. However, this pharmacy keeps changing their hours several times a year and it's frustrating. Now they are closed on Sundays. It so happens that my wife needed a med filled and was not made aware of the hour changes. If anyone from Walgreens reads this, please be aware that the constant changes to pharmacy hours affect those in need the most, not your "poor overworked staff". Hire a pharmacist who WILL work on Sunday.

Absolutely horrendous pharmacy. My boyfriend is type 1 diabetic and got approval from his doctor for insulin refills, but the tech looked them up under the wrong brand name and wouldn't fill the prescription that he got confirmation about. Ran dangerously low on insulin until a different location filled it.

....7 Feb 2024...Every time my doctor sends a new Humalog Script for my Insulin pump (paid for my Traditional Medicare B), the Walgreens Pharmacy tells me that Medicare rejected the script and requires a prior authorization from my doctor. I have checked with Medicare and they do not require a "Prior authorization". I also have found that when the local Walgreen's pharmacy sends the script, it never gets to Medicare because Walgreens Headquarters stops the script from getting to Medicare and sends a message bag that Medicare requires a prior authorization. It is Walgreen's HQ that is lying and calling itself Medicare. Now if Walgreen's wants more information in order to forward it to Medicare, that is one thing. But, Walgreens masquerading as Medicare is lying and abusive. This has been happening to me for a long time now and I finally have been able to find out why my insulin script has been delayed for days to weeks each time. Stop your lying, Walgreens so that people know what they need to do to get their insulin filled. You are causing medical issues for people who need their insulin. Walgreen's wanting more information is NOT "Medicare Prior Authorization". Stop lying and calling what you want, something it is not!

I regret to say that my experience with this Walgreens pharmacy has been nothing short of a nightmare. The pharmacy staff consistently exhibit rude and condescending behavior, making each interaction unpleasant and disrespectful. Moreover, despite my repeated reminders, they persistently use the wrong insurance information, leading me to pay out of pocket for medications that should have been covered. This careless oversight has not only caused financial strain but also jeopardized my access to vital medication. As a disabled veteran, I rely on timely access to medication for my well-being. However, the process of filling prescriptions at this location is an ordeal that takes at least three weeks of frustrating back-and-forth between the VA insurance and the pharmacy staff. Despite numerous pleas for urgency, the pharmacy team fails to prioritize my needs or execute the necessary processes to expedite the filling of my life-saving prescription.Time and again, I have been told that my prescription is ready for pickup, only to arrive at the pharmacy and discover that it is not. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer well-being is utterly unacceptable. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this pharmacy. Its incompetence and indifference have not only inconvenienced me but also severely impacted my health. It is my sincere hope that others avoid this establishment to spare themselves similar anguish and frustration.

Great, great staff, it’s just that they’re understaffed. They’ll need to put you on hold forever even when it’s not that busy. Pharmacists are always very helpful, and the staff is very kind when you get there, but over the phone it’s a wait.

I am here sitting for 1.5 hours for the covid vaccine. It is unbelievable. Why do you need an appointment if they will make you wait as long as the pharmacist wants? There is absolutely no one before me. The pharmacist keeps saying he is preparing the vaccine. Yet he is taking care of every single person picking up medication. Why?!?! Gosh I will go to a corporate level because this is just too much. If you don’t care about people don’t work providing customer service

The phone directory is junk. It is automated and doesn’t work properly. The person that answered my call was not very nice at all.

I have never had so much trouble doing anything. I'm sitting at The closest pharmacy to me in a different city because they would fill my son's prescription because they stopped honoring our insurance with no warning. Was asked to send it to a specific pharmacy in bryan and it never showed up. Which we found out only several hours later was because they sent it to some random CVS elsewhere. I'm sitting here waiting for CVS to send it over here 8 hours later hoping my son doesn't have to go to the hospital because we can't get those antibiotics. This is how you kill people!

The first time, they entered the wrong medicine into the system. (they entered the version of the generic medicine that is not covered by my insurance) They wanted $370. I called the insurance company to understand why and have it fixed, they said they fixed it, so I went again. This time, I learned that they canceled my prescription completely. I don’t know why! Because of this pharmacy, I had to go to the doctor and pharmacy many times. Terrible service, stay away!!

I have been on hold 3 times for the pharmacy they pick up the phone each time and ask me to hold and each time they hang up after leaving me on hold each for 13 to 15min this is unacceptable
