If I could give no stars I would. We are visiting from out of town. My 1 year old got the flu, they sent his medication here however they're saying they never got it. But the doctor called and spoke to them personally after sending it electronically. After calling for updates multiple times and being hung up on multiple times we got his rx sent elsewhere. Very poor customer service!

Waited for 20 minutes to be able to pick up a script today. To have to wait at the register again because the pharmacist dipped away before doing my consult even though it had been requested. Pharmacy staff are snippy, and offer poor customer service.

Not sure why they have vaccine appointment scheduling when they leave you waiting to actually get it. Currently 50 min past my appointment time and still waiting.

Lisa the Manager deserves a raise. The pharmacy was short staffed and she jumped in to save the day. She was so friendly and professional.

I called for curbside pick up because my app wasn't working and neither was the link and the lady was super rude, asked my why I didn't use the app to check in, when I explained to her it wasn't working she sounded very irritated. Not very good customer service.

Bruh why have a drive thru pharmacy if you’re gonna take 10 minutes per customer.. gotta work on their efficiency is all, workers are nice

The worst drive through wait times. Every time I'm hopeful and every time it's such a waste. Even going inside is slow. I've never gotten through the drive through in less than 10 minutes. Usually the wait time is around 30 minutes at the minimum. I will be mailing all prescriptions from now on. If they or the customer don't have everything ready then in my opinion they need to go inside or deal with it over the phone as to not clog up the line ESPECIALLY in the drive through. The people working are always extremely nice but there needs to be a better system in place.

I had a COVID appointment for 4pm I went in (following the instructions in the email) and after waiting in line for 15 mins they told me I had to go to drive thru, no problem.I go to the drive-thru waiting in line for another 10 mins when is finally my turn they were not ready for me at all. They literally took 10 mins to get everything ready for the test because apparently they were not waiting for me, no problem.I wait 48 hours for the result (very slow compare to other places) and when I finally get the email it says “undetermined” . So I wasted my time and my money because I’m sure they will still charge my insurance for nothing!!!!!!First and last time I use Walgreens. CVS is my to go to from now on! No problem!

I visit this store to purchase products for an elderly person once a month because they carry multiples well today when I purchased the product an employee mad a very rude and disrespectful comment which I was very offended by because if it was said to me make me think it may have been said to an elderly person employees need to be held accountable for rude behavior not just a slap on the wrist and ignore it

If I was able to select no stars I would have. I did not have a good experience with this pharmacy location. I called to check on a prescription and was told everything was fine. So when I went to pick it up after sitting in line for 30 minutes via the drive through they told me it was my insurance who wouldn’t let them fill the prescription. I told them I called up there earlier to ask about it. I was then told I needed to go around and come inside. On another occasion, they got the prescription that was sent in for me incorrect. I transferred all of my prescriptions to BCS pharmacy and I haven’t had any issues. All that Walgreens wants to do is tell you to contact your doctor or the insurance. Basically they pass out medication. There is no quality check done and when you do have a problem, they tell you they can’t help you.

This is weird. I see all the negative reviews, but so far we have not experienced anything close to what has been written in the negative reviews. One person wrote "foreign stumblebumbs", assuming hard to understand dialects, but never interacted with anyone like that here either. Makes me wonder if they are selecting the wrong pharmacy...

Completely incompetent staff. I needed a prior authorization which was a headache in itself, but when everything finally went through. They did not accurately fill my prescription and argued with me when I said it was incorrect. So I had to call the insurance company myself to get the correct info because the staff couldn’t be bothered to get their information straight.

My doctor prescribed an RX on Friday at noon. I waited on a Prescription since Friday. Today is Sunday.I’ve called twice. Called again today.“Oh it’s ready!” But I never received any notice. They said they sent it. It did not.Now, oh “we don’t accept your insurance!”You think they would have called or texted that. I didn’t ask how much it was. I won’t go back. Ever.
