So.. my mom bought me a bunch of house warming gifts as I just moved here. The packages were said to be oversized.. tell me how cups and plates are to be delivered in a mailbox…they were too lazy to walk it up the steps to my front door and then he me go on a goose chase to track ten package is down. That is just truly pathetic. We pay for it to be delivered to our front Door I know it’s hot, but that is your job. If you don’t want to do it then don’t work the post office. They should be embarrassed.

Worts post office in the country. Consistently mark packages as delivered that show up days or a week later. They leave packages on the driveway too, as if walking to a door is just too difficult. Absolutely zero accountability.

Very long wait. There were only 2 people helping, and they were rude and slow. Awful service and communication. One tell you where to go and I had to wait over 30minutes. I received a package that had been open and taped again. One of my items was missing. The mailman told me to go there and ask because they keep them there. Supposedly, sometimes the boxes break, and the items fall off the boxes. I went to ask, and they denied that that ever happens, even though someone that works there told me so. I Amazon needs to stop using this awful service. It was such a waste of time.

Standing in line for 45 minutes now! Only 2 clerks working and o e left…so down to one clerk! Hey manager get some people hired and run this place better! Every single time it’s a long wait and the label printer is always down too! Get a better manager on duty and hire some staff.

I went in to set up mail forwarding and to set up mail delivery at our new address (New Build). The clerk that helped me was very rude and acted like she did not want to be at work and do anything -- she said the ONE person who could help me was not at work today. I asked her if anyone else could assist me, as I'd stood in like for 15 mins by then. She said no -- so she took my name and phone number and said the person in charge of that would call me the next day. I never got a call from anyone -- go figure. I had to take off work to go up there.

Worst customer service (if it can even be called that) out of any post office I have experienced around the country. From the inconsistency in deliveries (or lack of delivery from apparent laziness) to the front counter not being willing to do anything beyond standing at the front counter. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told they were too busy for my situation. Just sad.

Amazing place to go if you want to spend all day waiting for the slowest workers you can ever find . Not only do they constantly fail to deliver mail at a reasonable timeframe but they also are absurdly slow with thei customer service

USPS, is horrible. They attempt to deliver but that’s a lie and driver has the nerve to say a noticed was left. That also was a lie, the drivers are freaking lazy to locate an apt in a townhouse complex, but it’s their job to locate and deliver. Packages have been sitting in the usps facility for a few days. Ain’t no one picking it up because I feel they need to REALLY do their job and deliver the packages. I picked 1 star because I need to write this review otherwise no stars from me. USPS do your damn jobs the correct way! Get my packages delivered. Very poor, poor service. I’m a very unhappy customer, I hope and pray Amazon STOPS using USPS.

Went to get my 6 month old child’s passport made an appointment online and everything the week before. We get to the location wait in the line 15 minutes to be told “Oh we do not do passports the person who did it quit” we received no email or notification that our appointment was cancelled. Whoever is running this place needs to be fired. A line of 10+ people with only 1 window opened! Absolutely ridiculous!
