The site is difficult to use and misleading, the number leads to a call center in India where the people clearly don't care about your issues. Fortunately the customer center (which is unfortunately inaccessible through phone number) was successful in helping me receive my package. While I am overall dissatisfied with the service received from UPS, the workers here are amazing and if you have any issue with UPS, just go straight to these guys.

If I could give a zero star ? rating for this location I definitely would I was waiting on an Amazon package to be delivered on August 11-2024 I got a notification that my package had been delivered by the mailbox and went outside to get the package ? and there was no package in sight nor on the porch now note I have a doorbell camera and also camera's in front of my house facing my yard and the street and also my mailbox I went back and viewed my camera and no delivery truck ever came by I just don't understand why this company would mark my package delivered when no one ever showed up and this cause has made things very inconvenient and I'm having to go back and forth with Amazon and trying too convince them that my package ? was never delivered and for this cause this particular location deserves a zero star ? rating this is very bad ? business and I'm very disappointed ?

The driver for this area (Lyons Tx) must have changed because the last three packages I have gotten were out by our cattleguard( they usually put them in our open garage), they were wet, muddy, and damaged. Just plain LAZY delivery. The delivery this morning will have to be replaced as we had to pull it out if a calves mouth....

Expecting an overnight package that was pretty important I Got a notification it was delivered it was not my mailbox it was not anywhere on my property. The same driver that delivers to our house also delivers to my husband's office. Somehow he delivered it to my husband's office which is miles away and is not the address that it was supposed to go to Which is my residence. He indicated nobody was home and needed to sign for it. First of all I indicated to the shipper that I did not need a signature and it even says on the package shipper release. And also no one came to our door and knocked on it to see if anybody was home to sign for something because I checked both ring cameras and no one even came close to the house this was a time-sensitive envelope and I was waiting on it and I couldn't get any local help no local telephone number all I could do was file a claim that said it might take up to 15 days to investigate when it's an overnight package that should have been delivered the next day that I paid extra for. There is no way for anyone in Bryan College Station to get in touch with our driver

Staff working here are wonderful, hardworking, and ready to assist with whatever issues arise. However, getting in touch with anyone here is near impossible due to the number being the main UPS call center in India. I have a package on hold which will probably be sent back to the sender for the second time, and all I need to do is redirect the delivery. The app won't let me do it and the website keeps crashing. So, I'm looking for customer service to assist but can't reach them directly. UPS can certainly do better!

In comparison with the number of parcels and individuals that have to be dealt with daily, UPS is a remarkable organization. My only concern is their hours of operation for the public at the distribution center, particularly the one in Bryan, Texas. I work all night, 4 p.m. to 4 a.m., and for me to go personally to the center, whose doors open at 11 a.m., puts an unnecessary burden on me since I go back to work at 4 p.m.Now, is UPS going to change their door policies for one customer? I doubt it, but you asked for my input.

Really appreciated all the help I received in retrieving my package. Important to remember that the UPS workers are subject to the very strict rules of the product company (so it's not always the UPS workers' faults!). The UPS employees I worked with did their best to navigate those rules, explain them to me, and together we brainstormed a way around them so that I could receive my package. Shoutout to Pete and Patty at UPS!

I would rate this even lower if I could.Box was shipped.Never made the destination.Says " merchandise missing and box discarded".These mfs stole my stuff.
