“Kenneth Frank, our Salesman, was quick to respond to our interest in a vehicle posted on their website. Back and forth conversations resulted in a 3 minute video being sent to me of the vehicle aside from what was already posted on their site. Discussions on trade-in value and OTD price followed. Followup calls ensued. After a collaborative effort, an agreed upon figure was accepted. Arrival at the Dealership found Ken waiting to greet us outside. Minor concerns, upon an in-person inspection, were addressed and resolved on site as we waited for the purchase process to complete. Finally, Ken patiently and thoroughly, explained the technology features offered with our purchase. In closing, from Ken, our Sales Rep, to the Mgr/Co-Owner to our Finance Officer, my wife and I truly enjoyed this car purchasing experience. Kindness and sincerity of all were very much appreciated. Ordered the tires and they were delivered that same day. Becky helped me pick out the tires and get setup with financing options. Nice chill people run this shop.”
“Family run shop. The adult son is fast and incredibly adept at finding a slow leak. With all the construction happening on all the roads, trucks are leaving nails and screws on the ground. I literally had 5 nails in different tires over the course of the last year. They are incredibly reasonable and incredibly fast. I decided to use some of their other services. Tinted windows. Great products (I did my own review on the materials they use) that stand up to our hot sunny days. They are very competitively priced and fast. Next, I will have them replace my a compressor. I"ll be back for a review when the 100+ days return.”
“So I didn't actually bring my vehicle here for service but there is a mechanic who did everything he could to save my husband's truck that caught fire on his way to work. He was stranded as I did not have a vehicle at the time and did everything he could to help make the truck drivable so my husband could get home. My gratitude for that mechanic is beyond compair. If everyone that works here is a fraction of the man he is then this place is really a blessing for anyone that walks through their doors.”

I called 5 different mechanics in College Station unsuccessfully before one of them suggested Bill and the team at Olympic Automotive and I am very grateful! They were able to take care of my car in one day and were kind, efficient, and fair. (Also, incredibly kind for not charging me for the time they took diagnosing the issue the day prior) Obviously very knowledgeable and honest group of mechanics. Appreciate you guys for helping me out!”
