I’ve been a customer for 12 years,I loved how they always had good employees until now that I’ve seen this one lady that seems to hate being there.i usually make my payments on the 20th of each month and for some reason the payment always changes to another date I had never had a problem with them fixing it but today my husband went to make the payment and he kindly asked if she can fix the date and she had an attitude with him and said this was the last time she changed the date like if it’s our fault that the date always changes for some reason.she was wearing a black shirt from Victoria secret but don’t know her name.She really has to work with her attitude and at least pretend like she likes her job.very disappointed

Mr.Stevens and his whole team are so kind and helpful! The prices are great and they get you your furniture that day or the next. I did have an issue but Mr. Steven’s went above and beyond my expectations to get it resolved! I would highly recommend them!

Been dealing with Steven's Furniture for over 20 years and have always been treated with respect. Mr. Stevens will listen to the customer and always follow-up on any concerns. The staff is not perfect but nobody is. They learn from their mistakes and move on towards offering excellent service. I love this place and pray I can continue doing business with them in the future.
