If you want to experience the absolute worst customer service, have to spend thousands after being be lied to about a bumper to bumper warranty and then sit around for hours because they don't give out loaners be sure to visit Sterling Auto Group In Bryan TX. If there was a way to rate negative 5 stars I would. This place is awful.

I want to be clear. 5 stars doesn’t mean everything was perfect. Sam did a great job getting us into a very nice SUV and it was what we wanted. Angel did a nice job getting a great interest rate and financing even though he and I had some communication problems. The whole process did take longer than it should have. However, we are very happy with the car and the financing. After two days of painful dealings with several car dealers, the end result is very good. Wish we had gone to Sterling first. Thanks Sam.

Impossible getting my voicemails and messages returned from Kenneth at the Sterling Cadillac, Bryan, Tx. Not my 1st rodeo with him. Guess he’s mad because I refused to give him a good review from the last experience with him. Last experience I was there hours before they got to my vehicle even though I had an early appointment. Never got an answer as to why I was told I had to have a part when I knew I didn’t need it. Finally got an admission that I didn’t need the part but never got an explanation as to why I was told I had to have the part. I’m needing to get my 2016 Escalade in ASAP but that’s been difficult when Kenneth hasn’t returned my calls AGAIN. Gonna try my luck and just show up and see what happens. Will ask for anyone to help me except him. Have issues they supposedly fixed.

Let's see, so to start off, ordered a part for a customer and was unable to pick it up personally so had a friend grab it. While on the phone never was I told about a 30% restocking fee, nor was my friend who picked it up.Anyways fastfoward 4 days the customer backs out and so I have to return the part, no problem it happens. Go to return it personally, after waiting about 20mins a lady finally comes to the counter says it's a 30% restocking fee when I try to return the item, because and I quote "Its a special order item" I ask her where this is stated? It is not shown on the bill anywhere, it is not posted in the parts department on the wall or anything. So how would anyone know of this? After a few minutes of back and forth she says okay and walks back to start the refund process.To which I switch from the parts counter to a lady at the window and since I was not the original person to pick it up I don't have the card used to pay for it, my mistake I will admit. But the lady says she cannot refund me for cash or to the card unless I have it in hand, which is odd it can't be refunded to the card since every other company can do it. But she says to write down my mailing address and I will get a check in the mail for the amount, its been over 2 full weeks now and still no check in the mail.

My Wife bought a used 2013 BMW 528i from Josh Ruda on November 5th 2022. The vehicle is in good condition for the most part, but the drivers side headlight assembly is broken. When my wife called the salesman he flat out refused to replace it. Even after he told her he would but later said that he texted the wrong person. I don't know how the dealership passed a vehicle for a Texas state inspection with the headlight assembly being broken allowing condensation to enter it. If they were only upfront about the headlight assembly and offered to fix it and add it to the sell price instead of hiding the fact that it was broken! We have purchased two previous new vehicles from them and the disrespect we have gotten has been a joke. Ill be reporting them to the DMV and seeing how the vehicle passed for them and will not for us come next year.

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. The service department is always super helpful, the shuttle driver is a delightful gentleman who is kind and patient and everything you’d hope to experience when you just want to get home. We’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership with the help of Conner, I highly recommend seeing him if you’re in the market for a vehicle. He will go above and beyond to help you and make the experience hassle and pressure-free, smooth, and pleasant. If I could give 10 stars, I would, just based on our experience working with Conner and Becky in finance. If you are looking for a vehicle, go here! We’ve had some bad experiences at other dealerships, but this place is a much needed breath of fresh air!

Just recently bought a GMC. Walked in and G & Bryan were available, both guys extremely helpful about the new GMC. back today for my second lesson. I found them to be very helpful and I really had a good experience here it's Sterling GMC and I'm glad I'm a customer here thank you.

My experience at Sterling was amazing. The were through and seems like they were slow. Kept my SRX Cadillac for a day almost 2 days. They didn't have a loaner car. Everyone was great. John the service specialist and his manager, really everyone was helpful.

Firstly, I downloaded and created a Yelp profile just to write this review! I took my car here after I got into a wreck to get it fixed. They said it would take a week or two to get to it cause they were busy. It took them a month and a half to get it. When they finally did they would tell me it would be ready soon, but they just kept saying hopefully tomorrow it'd be ready. Then they said it was ready so I drove 3 hours to get it. Then they said something was wrong with it not wreck related and now they were going to need more time and more parts to fix it. All in all o decided to take my car somewhere else where they actually do their jobs after having the car for two months now. Not very friendly and don't call back very often. Never take your car to the collision center here. Worst idea ever!!!

STAY AWAY FROM STERLING KIA. I was looking to purchase as 50K Kia Carnival, but I would not agree to the dealer's low ball offer on my trade-in. When I told them repeatedly I would not accept a trade-in offer that was 3K below the KBB value, the SALES MANAGER, SHAWN FREEMAN resorted to his strong arm tactics. He came into the room with an attitude and started telling me that I did not know what I was talking about. He tried to BELITTLE me and INTIMIDATE me into submission. When I refused to give in, he said he did not even want to sell the car to me and he did not even want to have me in his dealership. He then THREATENED that he would not refund the $500 deposit that I put down to hold the vehicle. He finally relented when I asked him if I would have to take him to court and sue him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Take your business to another dealership that respects customers. Based on my experience, it seems like Shawn was trained to treat customers like this. If they can't convince or get you to submit, then THEY WILL INSULT YOU AND ASK YOU TO LEAVE. I will never do business with this dealership and I would STAY AWAY FROM THE ENTIRE STERLING AUTO GROUP who condones these types of strong arm tactics. I have read a number of other reviews about service after the sale and this dealership continues to treat their customers like garbage. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOUR MONEY. Once they have it you will be an afterthought. Drive to Houston to buy from a reputable dealer that provides excellent customer service during and after the sale, not from these SCAM ARTISTS!

Bob was our contact person at Sterling Auto Group. He was fantastic! He was easy to work with to schedule, great at communication throughout the process and the repair was done on time and complete! Highly recommend!
