If you want to experience the absolute worst customer service, have to spend thousands after being be lied to about a bumper to bumper warranty and then sit around for hours because they don't give out loaners be sure to visit Sterling Auto Group In Bryan TX. If there was a way to rate negative 5 stars I would. This place is awful.

Let's see, so to start off, ordered a part for a customer and was unable to pick it up personally so had a friend grab it. While on the phone never was I told about a 30% restocking fee, nor was my friend who picked it up.Anyways fastfoward 4 days the customer backs out and so I have to return the part, no problem it happens. Go to return it personally, after waiting about 20mins a lady finally comes to the counter says it's a 30% restocking fee when I try to return the item, because and I quote "Its a special order item" I ask her where this is stated? It is not shown on the bill anywhere, it is not posted in the parts department on the wall or anything. So how would anyone know of this? After a few minutes of back and forth she says okay and walks back to start the refund process.To which I switch from the parts counter to a lady at the window and since I was not the original person to pick it up I don't have the card used to pay for it, my mistake I will admit. But the lady says she cannot refund me for cash or to the card unless I have it in hand, which is odd it can't be refunded to the card since every other company can do it. But she says to write down my mailing address and I will get a check in the mail for the amount, its been over 2 full weeks now and still no check in the mail.

Always been a nice place to visit. Some of the friendliest people to meet at a dealership when you walk in. Extremely clean dealership and well organized.

Have always had great service at the Sterling KIA in Bryan , however had app to change serpentine belt today , gave several weeks notice , got there and first thing they did not have the belt and had to get it from outside sorce.thats ok , then after a number of hours was informed that a special tool was required to change it and they did not have one , poor planning by mechanic shop , as they should of had one , but will try again as soon as they get the right tool , just wasted 4 hours on it today

I loved it because the salesman don't come out and harass you as soon as you pull into the lot. They leave you alone unless you need help.

Went for my 1st service/oil change. Got an appointment for within 2 business days. Waited at the dealer during the appointment. Although they said they were a little behind, we were there about an hour.

Terrible auto body service. Took my truck in for what was essentially just a front bumper replacement. I rear ended someone at idle, very very minor damage. Was told to bring it in after the initial quote, they tore it apart, found out they needed additional parts than the initial estimate which is all completely fine. After 2 weeks, I called and was told by the associate that they would send the supplement in on 1/24, my insurance never even received the supplement until 1/31, after I called again, which was 3 weeks later after I brought the truck in. Was lied to multiple times throughout the process. So it took them 1 entire month to change a front bumper on my truck. Terrible timeline, terrible service. I will say the technicians did a good job on the bumper, paint matched, etc, just the customer service was terrible. Manager didn’t even care, and was fairly rude when I paid and picked up the truck. Save your time and take your vehicles elsewhere for auto body.

My Wife bought a used 2013 BMW 528i from Josh Ruda on November 5th 2022. The vehicle is in good condition for the most part, but the drivers side headlight assembly is broken. When my wife called the salesman he flat out refused to replace it. Even after he told her he would but later said that he texted the wrong person. I don't know how the dealership passed a vehicle for a Texas state inspection with the headlight assembly being broken allowing condensation to enter it. If they were only upfront about the headlight assembly and offered to fix it and add it to the sell price instead of hiding the fact that it was broken! We have purchased two previous new vehicles from them and the disrespect we have gotten has been a joke. Ill be reporting them to the DMV and seeing how the vehicle passed for them and will not for us come next year.
