“Initial CS email response was great when inquiring about sizing, as they delisted my sidearm due to sizing issues on some of their holsters(I didn't have an issue with fitment). CS email response to lost package was nonexistent. I also called multiple times and waited on hold 1x for 45min to get hung up on. Overall, I like the holster very much. Chose USPS because FedEx is horrible where I live. Unfortunately, it seems USPS in TX isn't all that great. I'd buy again, but please work on your customer communication.”

I’m picky when it comes to spending $ on shoes so the girl (i’m sorry i forgot her name) Was SUPER kind and understanding despite me trying on so many pairs and being SO indecisive <3 Also i had issues with my debit card and they were patient with me while i ran to my car to grab a new card. Good selection and fair prices !!!”
