“In comparison with the number of parcels and individuals that have to be dealt with daily, UPS is a remarkable organization. My only concern is their hours of operation for the public at the distribution center, particularly the one in Bryan, Texas. I work all night, 4 p.m. to 4 a.m., and for me to go personally to the center, whose doors open at 11 a.m., puts an unnecessary burden on me since I go back to work at 4 p.m.Now, is UPS going to change their door policies for one customer? I doubt it, but you asked for my input.”
