Had a great experience with this place, booking online was easy. Had a small issue a day after I left with the mounding over the windshield but they fixed it within 15 mins of me arriving. Great people, great job, happy with the work provided.

We took our F350 Plat. To get a new windshield, while there they recalibrated the truck after disconnecting some wires.Upon noticing, I went back and the young windshield tech proceeded to tell me it was like that when I arrived. ( was definitely not)So an older gentleman came out and fixed it right away.A few months later I took my truck to our local for dealership to have oil changed and looked over like I do everytime it needs an oil change. While there the dealership service manager called me asking if I had taken my truck anywhere else recently. I let him know we had a new windshield put in.He then told me that the cover to my main fuse box under the hood was gone and had a rag tossed on top of it and that gotten wet my truck would be completely done and worthless.I wasn't going to write a review at first but when I found that out this last week I decided to make it public.I WOULD NOT UNDER AND CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE ANY OF MY VEHICLES TO THIS SAFELITE LOCATION.GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.The lady at the receptio. Desk was incredibly kind while I was there, that.was the only good experience.

Rich, Charlie, Jesus, Larry and the entire team were amazing. Very nice and walked you through everything. They want you to make the most informed decision that is best for you. Office inside is very inviting, with plenty of snacks and amenities for waiting customers. Also seasonally decorated. Entire experience made me feel both very cared for and taken care of! Would give 6 stars if I could.

I’ve been here several times before, always with exceptional service. However, my recent appointment was moved from 9:30 to 9:00 a.m. without notification to me. When I walked in at 9:19, I was told I was late, even after showing the receptionist the email with my appointment details and explaining someone should have told me if I needed to arrive earlier. She shrugged her shoulders. I was also made to feel like they were doing me a huge favor by working me in even though I was late. This was very unprofessional and not a good experience.

I wouldn't have even given them 1 star considering I made an appt the last week of of August for Sept. 8th. They called me the day before the appt to confirm only to call me the day of my appt to say they didn't get my windshield. Very inconvenient bc I was going out of town. Never again safelite!!!

I would literally leave 0 stars if I could!!!!!!!Absolutely the WORST damn place!!!!All they say is. “Parts will be here “Thursday” Thursday comes around. No parts.Or we will have it done by Monday. Monday comes around nothings done!!!!!!Find somewhere else & save the trouble!!!!!

Receptionist is rude and ignorant and shouldn't be working in customer service. They delayed what should've been a next day replacement twice, to an indefinite but maybe 2 or 3 weeks from original scheduled date. I called around and found a local shop (David's Auto Glass) that could get the glass in overnight and replace it next day. Use them instead, still free with Allstate!

Whoa. This Safelite Auto Glass is amazing. You can make online appointments, the customer service is terrific, and the wait room is super comfortable. Highly recommend!

So if anyone can tell me how to talk to an actual person at your shop that would be an absolutely amazing feat considering I tried calling the twice and your ai ran phone line doesnt understand what a representative is. Until you have actual people that I can talk to guess that's one customer gone.

We had an appointment and waited an hour to find out that the windshield they ordered was damaged. We rescheduled and I called to confirm appointment. We had a 2.5 hour wait at second appointment.

When you call for an appointment there not helpful at all. I was looking for something specific and i was told it was available i had to give a bunch of info then they didn't provide that so i was offered a bunch of other thing i didn't want now im getting constant emails and promotional texts ill handle it local next time

Horrific experience. Quote was $1050. After killing 2.5 hours for first windshield install, first windshield had a crack, so they agreed to do a do-over. Second attempt, the lady at the desk had no clue it was a do-over. That's two afternoons wasting 2.5 hours. They then tried to charge me $358 more. Had to argue to get it to first quote amount. Silly. Won't be going back.

On January 1st I went on safelite website to schedule a glass replacement. After successfully scheduling my appointment i followed up with and agent. They confirmed my price of approximately $300 that included the mobile install, early bird(I would be the first stop) disposal and taxes with my own windshield... Now this isn't the first time safelite has performed services for me. On monday morning day of installation i received a phone call stating they couldn't come out for the time agreed. Finally they showed up @ 5:45 pm with the shenanigans. They refused to install my brand new glass and tried to hand me a bill for $1700. That was $1400 more dollars than we disused and the reasoning was they only install their glass. So they wasted my time, cause me to miss out on work and didn't hold up too there agreement. The level of quality customer service was terrible. As a business man this was unethical and unfair.

Perfect in all regards - will certainly NOT hesitate to use Mr Windshield again along with expeditious and courteous assistance from Allstate and Safelite which was the case with this claim.

Took my car into Safelite, and Jonny did a fantastic job! When first looking at my car, I was told seeing it was a pretty nasty crack, they could try and make it look better, but they weren't sure they could fix it / I may eventually need to replace my weird shield. I decided to just have them try.... An hour later, I walk out, and Jonny came out and told me they actually were able to fix it, no with hardly any noticeable marks! BEYOND IMPRESSED! I HIGHLIGHT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION / JONNY!
