Horrifyingly incompetent company. Product and service are absolute trash. At my wits end trying FOR A YEAR AND A HALF to have them fulfill warranty requests. I don’t know that I loathe another company more than I do Plygem at this time.

The widows themselves are garbage and the customer service is even worse. My home was a new construction that came with these windows so unfortunately I’m stuck with them but I’d never ever consider using this company otherwise.
