I’m from out of town and am wary to trust mechanics I’m unfamiliar with, but my Honda Pilot was having transmission issues and I needed a repair before making it back home out of state. I called 5 different mechanics in College Station unsuccessfully before one of them suggested Bill and the team at Olympic Automotive and I am very grateful! They were able to take care of my car in one day and were kind, efficient, and fair. (Also, incredibly kind for not charging me for the time they took diagnosing the issue the day prior) Obviously very knowledgeable and honest group of mechanics. Appreciate you guys for helping me out!

Huge volume because they are so trusted. Sometimes work might take longer than you would like. Still, I have been using them for nearly 30 years. They are honest and good mechanics. Who could ask for more.

Brought my car in because it was overheating and needed new shocks. It spent nearly 2 months in the shop and they were allegedly unable to determine why the engine was overheating. Brought to Gladney automotive and they instantly knew it was the water pump that was bad and replaced it for me because the pump wasnt circulating coolant.What irks me is that I recently found out that my shocks were installed incorrectly with certain parts upside down on 3/4 of the tires. Gladney sent me a detailed report with pictures of how it was installed vs how it was supposed to look. To fix their mistake ended up costing me more money in labor to dismantle and reassemble the part correctly. Ridiculous and never going back here again

I created an account just to write this review ... I never write reviews about business establishments ...because I have never felt the need to till now... do not take your car here if you are expecting honest work or the right work actually being done on your car I spent less money getting the right work done somewhere else I believe you get what you pay for but clearly all the money I spent did the opposite here !!!!! god bless this place DO BETTER NO morals and dignity when it comes to there name and the way they conduct business

The worst treatment ever the old man was very rude and had my car over a year never even touched it told me he didn'tworkers to work on it he had the car over a year never will go back and will never recommend this is probably why there's so many cars out in front my car was a eazy fix that shouldn't have took a year to fix had to tow it back to the house to find some one else to fix it

This was the worst service I have ever received. I received my car worse that I took it there. Bill was rude at best and horribly abusive at worst. He used the words like “************* when I complained about a problem they left on my car which wasn’t there when I brought it in the first place.I am rating this service a 2 because of David. Awesome, awesome old guy with an amazing personality. He was the reason I took my car home in one piece.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend their service.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

This use to be a great place to take your vehicle. Now is owned by horrible deceitful people. I wouldn’t take anything there. He knows what he did to his own brother. Shame on him!!!!! Let me add I had many cars and trucks there when the original owner was there. My father built this for my brother in law and my sister in 1976. Over the years he invited his other brothers to come and work for him not knowing that the 3 brothers that are there now would Be so underhanded and steal the company right out from under him. My brother in law was a very kind and giving man and trusted everyone. Be sure your sins will find you out. Rest in peace my wonderful brother in law.
