“The friendliest, most inviting people! A wonderful selection of succulents with genuinely unbeatable prices - you can really tell that these people genuinely enjoy what they do. They have a large and varied selection of vintage and secondhand pots and vases, many of which are very unique! They will drill drainage holes and pot your succulents for free. The customer service is also great - they are very willing to answer questions and are extremely accommodating. I’ve been here 3 times and will be returning often in the future!”

“For the most part...the products they carry are great. It's the number of employees that collectively together don't have enough education about the products to be of any help.
By the time they get back to you after they have had to go ask someone in management who also doesn't have enough knowledge but gets paid like they do. You have had 3 other employees ask you if you need any help with the same blank expression when they realize you actually have a question and need help. So purchase what you need should they have it. But refrain from asking for help from the multiple employees who are putting a drain on the profits that producers makes.”
